Nice sized remodeled room on top 6th floor. Had mini-fridge and microwave as well as office area with large table desk and chair. Had really good lighting options and TONS of outlets including USB ports and extra outlets in desk

Almost all lights were controlled by 1 switch near the door which also controlled the entry area lights ...so you could not turn off the entry light without turning off lights you wanted to keep on. .. We also had a couple of people across practicing band music on tubas for about an hour ...before 9.30pm

Everything was great! The staff was extremely helpful, with the exception of one older female employee on the morning I checked out (I had a 4 night stay). I asked her would I receive a receipt, she asked me would I like one, and asked me did they have my email address, I advised her that I assumed they did , since that's how I received my booking conformation. She said, okay, then, you're all set. I thought she would at least ask my e-mail address and check to confirm, but it seemed as if she did not want to get up from her seat in the corner, although she was polite.

The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The towels and sheets were good quality. The breakfast was fine. The renovation construction is a necessary annoyance. Even the view was pleasant (overlooking the closed for the season swimming pool)

The layout of the king size bed was awkward. The television was at right angles to it. The desk shape also was awkward. The smoking ban doesn't seem to be stringently enforced. We smelled marijuana more than once.

Everything was great! Check in was easy and service member very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast the following morning was delicious 😋 The beds were most comfortable as always at La Quinta.

Having to leave and not stay longer! I will say though, the microwave wasn't plugged in and it wasn't accessable to plug it in without moving the dresser with the TV on it. I recommend moving the microwave off the fridge.

Theresa at the front desk could not have been nicer...helping with directions to Trader joe's & telling me about the discount at Village Tavern. I took my Wake Forest granddaughter & three of her friends to dinner there & i was VERY happy for the 10% off.

I unfortunately came during Furniture week & the rates were higher than usual . The room was clean, but "dated". the sofa had a cigarette burn on it & the room carpeting could be replaced...but the bed was comfortable & it was a nice quiet night's sleep.

The room was very spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to control the temperature in the room. It was quiet. Breakfast was decent, with yoghurt and cereal and a waffle maker. The gym was small but fine.

The carpet was sticky in the room which made it feel unpleasant. The pool was suddenly closed during our stay which was annoying. We extended our stay and each time had to pay a $50 deposit. We are now owed $150 and have not received any money back from the hotel to date. Not good.

The staff was very helpful. I had to request several resets of my room keys. Not exactly sure why there were so many issues.

Even though the property has seen renovations there are still numerous areas that could use a make over. My TV remote didn’t work. The front desk staff tried to fix it. A dirty towel behind the bathroom door. A left over Target bag found in the closet. Carpet needed repair. Trash overflowing at the door I used to enter and exit from Saturday to Monday morning.

The landscaping and physical appearance on the outside IS impressive. The pillows were great, as was the mattress.

Something as simple as removing the protective film from fridge would have kept it from slowly being scratched off and looking like it’s covered in schmutz! Along those lines, the ac/heating unit in the living room portion of the suite was missing the control panel top. . . It was laying on the window sill. Remove it or fix it, but leaving it on the window sill gives out a signal that somebody doesn’t give a rat’s ass. Some small negatives give the impression that the corporation (Wyndham) does not care or that they won’t spend the $ to sharpen the image of their properties. That may or may not be true, but the impression give is such.

Loved this hotel! My room was completely renovated, comfortable bed with nice sheets, large desk and chair, dry bar coffee set up. Breakfast was good and there is a Steakhouse just off property.

Only thing I would suggest is to raise the TV, it’s just a bit too low to comfortably watch from the bed (but I managed it)

Friendly staff, especially DeShanna when I checked in. Room was beautiful, bathroom beautiful and spacious. Nice furnishings. Breakfast area spacious, beautiful and well maintained( very orderly) and food was very good and a good selection. friendly people in that broom as well as at checkout. Great experience!!!
