I love this hotel, honestly. Even though I'm scared of dogs and it's a pet friendly hotel, I still like being there.....

Hopefully this isn't too bad of a comment, but I know that in previous stays I came in a bit early than 3p to check in and was able to. This time I waited almost an hour and a half to get a room. I was understanding because they said they just had a large group of ppl just leave and they hadn't had time to clear the rooms. I was tired and bit cranky but I was willing to wait because I had already pulled my stuff out and my kids were already out the car.

From the time we walked in the door, the staff was exceptional. We arrived late extra late for check in but Jennifer opened the door with a smile and even offered us snacks. Throughout the 3 night stay, every employees we encountered was pleasant and always willing to help. The hotel was spotless, the rooms spacious, and breakfast was decent. We did have an issue with the toilet stopping up one time but maintenance arrived quickly and fixed the issue. I cannot say enough great things about this location.

-very nice location, several restaurants and stores in the immediate area -rooms were extremely clean, up to date, and spacious -check in was fast and simple -front desk staff, especially Jenn, was very nice -bathroom was nice and clean -room had a full size fridge, dishwasher, and sink with dishes and a sleeper sofa. -beds were clean and comfy Will be looking for this Hotel in other locations when we travel.

The staff were great! Very friendly and accommodating! Always offered assistance with a smile! Our room was very spacious, which worked great with kids, we didnt feel cramped, enough tables and desks for our stuff

We didn’t like the door in the bathroom, it’s a pocket door, it’s hard to open most of the time

Mr. JEFFERY & CAROLYN WERE absolutely amazing. They made my stay very pleasant and made my baby boy feel seen and special for his Bday on check out day.....

My only complaint is that my room window had minimal lighting due to it being behind a wall. But the room itself love it. I always stay here when I visit.

we loved how big and cozy the room was and all the thing included in the room. everyone was so friendly and the pool was fun. I will stay here again.

we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast because the bed was so comfy we didn’t want to get up.

The whole experience was amazing didn't check in to late the rep was amazing even when my 3 annoying kids kept asking her for hot chocolate lol the room was honestly the best room I ever stayed in. The shower had shampoo and body wash. The bed was oh so comfortable I didn't want to leave. I definitely would stay here again of traveling that direction

Carly was absolutely wonderful and so helpful!!! After driving for 8 hours she had a room ready early for us. We were so grateful. The breakfast is way better than any other hotel. The cook behind the counter is funny is helpful too.

breakfast was appropriate considering the fact of COVID19; the variety of options was a plus. it was pre packaged options and presentable as well. Nothing can replace the hot bar food. But the fact we have substantial room accommodations with the full kitchen included we can heat our food and go or eat in the room. So, I was pleased with the new way of doing breakfast. Great hospitality. the location. the opportunity to grill outside by the pool-the feeling of safety.

extremely noisy next door guests w/young children who were left unattended and I did not get any sleep due to the baby screaming for few hours straight and the young kid couldn't find his bottle-seriously. So NOT the hotel's fault. **However, once I alerted the morning manager about my sleepless night and that's what I really came there for a little R & R; she apologized and addressed the issue with them and then provided me appropriate accommodations for my unpleasant night sleep. And then called me to reassure that I was ok and satisfied with the way things were handled. That made me feel like they were concerned and I didn't have to ask for something in return they automatically provided me with a resolution.

The breakfast was good. The kids had a variety of food choices. I arrived a few minutes past breakfast one day and a staff member went to the back to retrieve a few foods items for my grandmother who has diabetes. Greatly appreciated. The bed was comfy and the rooms were nice. There was plenty of storage.
