The staff was so friendly & wonderful. The room was clean to my expectation, and had everything I needed. I will recommend others to stay there.

The breakfast, the oatmeal tasted like it was rushed. It could had been cooked a little longer. I didn't care for the organic sugar. Other than that it was pretty good.

Breakfast was fine. I appreciated " real" oatmeal, not the super sweet instant type. All areas were clean. John at check in ( hope I got that right) and Jackie at check out were great. TV service and Wi-Fi good.

Refrigerator was loud-metallic vibration type noise.

Breakfast selections very good-especially enjoyed the mini spinach quiche. Atmosphere is quiet. Room was clean and well appointed. Jackie at the front desk is pleasant, helpful and welcoming.

Bed was a little soft.

The property was great. The rooms were great. The breakfast was great, except they ran out of bacon. It was a great stay. We will likely be back soon.

I understand that you don't want to overserve. But running out of breakfast food. However if you are serving until 10 AM. You should have food all the way through.

it was super convenient and overall comfortable place for me to connect to highpoint for the trade fair there. surely coming back in April for the next market.

Staff was responsive to our needs - Had a problem with the heater and they fixed it immediately. Breakfast was tasty. We used the gym, met lots of new people. The room was awesome !

The staff were exceptional! The place was clean and updated and we couldn't have been happier. We were able to bring our dog too so it just made for an amazing stay. John went out of his way each time he interacted with us whether about bringing our dog or working with us when we asked to upgrade our room. Amazing! We wish we could make every hotel stay as good as this one. Sadly the last 3 properties we stayed in over the past month came nowhere close.

The location is good but not right off the highway.

I had traveled over 2 days to get there. Made it clear at time of booking even put in my special requests that I had my pet. Was told at check in there was a $50 xtra charge that I was never made aware of. So it cost me over $200 for less than 12 hours in room. Note that had I been aware of the extra charge I may have changed my mind as many places in the area were a 3rd of the cost. I feel duped and taken advantage of

The separation between the bedroom and living room was perfect.

The free breakfast was not very good. Eggs were awful. Also, my room had the lingering scent of a men's cologne. The room was great but the scent was concerning that care was not taken to neutralize the odor.

Our room was ready when we arrived and very clean. The staff was very nice and prompt and professional. Our room was quiet and exactly what we needed. The breakfast was more than I was expecting with Covid and they offer coffee and tea 24 hours. I would recommend this hotel!
