Tammy was great and very helpful. The place was clean and taken care of. The location was great. I had a great time there and the pool was great on the hot days. Had the pool to myself most days. The room was clean ans the air was cold. I like that there is carpet between the beds, so you dont have to steps on a cold floor when you wake up. I have to say I was concerned with the reviews and found out that there is another red roof inn down the street and that is the one that I was told not a good place to stay. I was in room 336 and it was quiet and a nice room.

I'm not a person who usually writes reviews but now this is an exception and I also understand that you shouldn't believe reviews on the internet because at first it was written that the place was not that good and when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised, it cost us $52 per night for a couple and it was really worth it

It's a simple hotel but good for the price, the pool is clean it's nice to spend some time, the rooms are very clean and organized, it's hibiscus close to restaurants, outlet and more shops to make good shopping really everything is close, the staff very friendly and friendly. Good place to be with the family

I normally book with Redroof at this location because they accommodate me in the 1st or 2nd floor as I always request! They are very nice staff friendly and helpful.

Everything looked clean except the toilet 🚽, had some stuff around and pieces of toilet paper 🧻! Other than that was ok!

I was comfortable. The staff is great. I sleep like a baby. Very clean

The floors are slippery especially when you get out of the shower and I fell and hit the Bathtub now I got a big bruise on the side of my thigh. Also I never got my complimentary breakfast. They didn't tell me where it was or where I needed to get the breakfast

The room Was clean and nice, the heater works. It had a very good smelling environment. I like the staff more because they’re very respectful and understanding

How I got accused of not paying for an extra night when I didn’t even get the email and they took the funds out my account or something wrong with the system

The room was large and had a refrigerator and microwave as stated. Comfortable furniture. Most staff was very helpful

The check in was difficult. They could not find the correct computer screen for my Booking.com payment and the owners made me call Booking.com, instead of them solving the problem

Liked everything staff was super polite. Location is excellent.. price was great. Luvd that there was a lil smoking area too. Go every tear all can't wait to go again.

Couple of hole in blankets. Definitely could supply a newer thicker blankets.

Restaurant wasn't open. There was always coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. Staff was always very kind, friendly and helpful.

It should have a cheaper rate when people are staying for a longer period of time. I was looking for a monthly rate not a 3 or 4 day rate.

We liked that everything was so close! Restaurants were literally in our backyard and staff were great!

Reserving a first floor room and when checking in It was given away and none were available At the moment!
