Red Roof Inn Lancaster Strasburg

This is a great place to stay if you prefer the motel scene and are traveling with a pet. Very large grassy area available. We asked for our rooms to be close together, and we loved where the gentleman at the front desk put us. Our rooms were in the smaller, separate building that is apart from the main motel/lobby where there appeared to be only a few rooms. The two-queen bed rooms were spacious and clean. They have floors and not rugs which I prefer. They have coffee in the lobby. Pleasant desk staff for the two days we stayed, we have no complaints.....

The pool was not open, although lots of pools aren't open, due to unrelated economic reasons or covid or other reasons.

everything was good here, we werent bothered alot our pets liked it there, and the price beat everywhere else and it was good and nice for the price.

cops constantly coming in the parking lot and harassing me when i try to leave for work at night as soon as i get into my car.

The location and room was nice despite the hotel looking a little questionable at first sight. Looks like they may be renovating the front

I had to ask for new bedding because it looked like the bed was made but with dirty sheets and floors were not swept or mopped. I gave the a room a deep cleaning myself just to feel comfortable.

We stayed one night and had the 2 queen bed unit and it was a nice size room. No frills and a decent place to stay one night with my dog. The gentleman at the front desk was very hospitable and we enjoyed our stay.

Wish they washed the walls and grout so the room looked a little cleaner. Also more lighting in the room would be nice, it was a little dim.

Staff—pleasant, helpful Asian couple—were welcoming and helpful with check in and check out.

All okay. Carpeting clean but old and worn. Same with furniture: older but cared for and clean.

The room was very beautiful and I got a huge king size bed!! Very pretty and comfortable and very convenient, right on the main road (Route 30) in Lancaster! :-) I would definitely stay here again as the man that checked me in was also very nice! :-) Thanks again!!

It was a confortable room a good location

I was there becauae i had major surgery that mirning and the managemnent would not allow an earlier check in time so i had to sit in car fir over an hour. The pool was not set up and the people who lived in the motel were racing cars in and out all night.

The place was fine but it advertised hair dryer & there isn't one. The front desk was very helpful.

More towels + toilet paper especially when your staying for extended time.
