Hotel was very clean and room was nice with comfy beds and microwave and frig included in the room. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We all thought the breakfast was great and managed well by an employee. Staff was courteous and we would def stay here again.

Really can’t name one thing.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the air quality and air conditioning were very good. The rooms and halls were very quiet and peaceful, which helped us to sleep well. The staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. We were happy that the person at the desk was able to arrange for us to have both rooms located on the first floor. The location was very convenient. The parking facility is very spacious and easy to navigate.

The shower head/flow of water is not strong enough. The recreation room and indoor pool are too small.

The room was very comfortable, lots of space, big bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows. Direct TV with HBO. A lot of channels to choose from. The breakfast was nice with hot and cold choices. Staff was very obliging and helpful. My children enjoyed the exercise room. Coffee station that you could grab hot chocolate, coffee and tea at anytime. I also liked the signs thoughout the hallways that say quiet time between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

The pool was a bit small and where the tables and chairs are outside there is a wall and not much of a view.

All of the staff was very friendly. The room was larger than expected and very clean and welcoming. Our room was right by the side door, very convenient. I expected to hear lots of noise with people coming and going but did not. It was very quiet. Although the hotel is smoke free, there was an outside area for smoking. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was OK, nothing special but standard for this type of breakfast. The location was great - close to everything we wanted to do. I will definitely stay here again when in Lancaster.

Although I appreciated coffee available 24 hours in the lobby, and the staff very helpful the coffee was not very good. I am a coffee hound and perhaps a little picky. It was OK in a pinch.

The property was extremely clean and the amenities were excellent. The front desk woman was fast, friendly and efficient. The location was awesome!! Your in the heart of everything. Also the complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a little bit of everything for everyone.

Only issue was when opening the pull out couch we found a used q-tip but other than that the place was pretty awesome.

This hotel served a wonderful breakfast. There were plenty of choices, plenty of each item offered, and the tables and counters were very clean. A staff member was available to offer assistance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was immaculate, as was the bathroom, and there were plenty of towels, washcloths, and shampoo, lotion, etc. available. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Breakfast was pretty good. I wish there were more choices like fresh fruit or watermelon.It would also have been nice to have potatoes and bacon.

The sign that indicates where you turn into the hotel needs to be further out towards the street, so that you don’t go past the hotel. My companion helped me to see the sign, or I might have missed the turn.

Everything was very clean and the staff was exceptional! We highly recommend Comfort Suites for a stay in Lancaster. You’re not too far from Amish country and you’re centrally located to Dutch Wonderland, putt -putt, and many restaurants. We would definitely choose this hotel again!

The pool is not heated. It is simply indoor. The water was arctic!

Clean facility. Convenient location. Ample parking. Safe. Quiet during sleeping hours. Coffee available around the clock. Pool was clean.

Powdered eggs for breakfast. Some staples that grandkids like at most hotel chain breakfasts were not available, i.e. cream cheese, peanut butter, apples. No low fat options i.e. low fat yogurt

The cleanliness, breakfast, the location , the size of the room (spacious) was great. The staff were great and friendly. Thank you Nicole, she works in the kitchen. She was great and friendly, exceptional customer service. I will recommend this place if you’re visiting Lancaster.
