Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lancaster East at The Outlets

Booked last minute on our way home from the beach. Traveled with my family of 6. Many motels can't accommodate that many people and make you get 2 rooms. Not the case here, we had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. The room was huge, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big and so clean. My kids enjoyed swi.ming in the indoor pool and even though it was on the small side they still had a good time. We were only there for one night but we enjoyed breakfast in the morning. It was really busy the night we were there as well as the morning with breakfast but the workers made sure to keep up refilling the food. The girl that checked us in was so nice and the ice lemon water in the lobby was refreshing. Overall it was a great stay. We visit the area a few times a year and will definitely be back.

. The breakfast options could have been better. There were some hot items each morning, but mini quich or breakfast sandwiches sitting in a warming pan is not for me. Neither are packaged Waffles or muffins. We have stayed at Fairfield before in a different state, so I know this breakfast is not the norm. For this reason, my expectations were not met as far as a nice breakfast

The property was very clean and well maintained. We did have an issue with our booking. The hotel was overbooked but they didn’t let it affect our check in process or our 4 day stay at the hotel. We chose not to receive room service due to covid. We did receive clean towels, trash bags and pillows. The bed was comfortable. Not too high off the floor which is important to me due to my short stature. I loved that I could use my Netflix account on the television. I’m disabled so my location in the hotel is important. We had a perfect location in the hotel. Our room was the first room near the entrance from the parking lot, the pool, the ice/snack machines and the exit to the parking lot and it wasn’t a noise issue in that location. They also had a 24hr store in the hotel. We got in late the 1st night we arrived and didn’t want to go out to eat. We were able to order from 2 different local restaurants that delivered to the hotel. We enjoyed our suite and stay.

Easy to get to. Room was large and had everything sort of

No soap in the room to wash your hands and face. Front desk said I could use the hall bathroom or that I could go buy some that the order for soap and toiletries were late! And food at 8:45 was almost empty and the little eggs there were in the pan were cold

Every time I looked staff was cleaning the facility! Every time. Wiping down chairs and vacuuming. I enjoy them taking the proper measurements to make sure everyone remain safe and healthy. And this was our first time staying where we had to drop our key cards into a solution for check out and discard the holder in the trash. Usually we have to use our phones as key card. So I like the steps with how to check out

The one elevator working. Extremely busy weekend and plenty of people in the building. The elevator is probably about to be service in order to operate soon. However, bad timing for so much happening in the area.

The location is very convenient, just across the street from Dutch Wonderland and within 15 mins’ drive from Amish Village. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is good.

Our room is on the first floor and someone on the second floor made loud noises by suddenly dropping feet on the floor. It was later than 9 pm and it was very annoying.

More than anything, The staff here is INCREDIBLE!!!!! The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and comfortable along with the rest of the property. Top notch for sure!!!

There are no mini fridges in the rooms as stated on the website.. we had to throw out the food we brought. The pool was shut down. We were in town for business and also celebrating my daughter's birthday. We called ahead to ensure there was a pool as that is all she wanted for a birthday present. However, the hotel manager was amazing, understanding and resolved our issues!! We agreed to never stay at another marriot again until we met the manager. Now we will seek out every opportunity to find the closest Marriot!! THANK YOU!!

The breakfast was fine. Would have liked scrambled eggs and sausage without it being a sandwich. Beautiful building, extremely clean but we had a room next to busy RT 30 and I laid awake all night listening to the traffic.

We should have asked for a room in the back of the hotel. Too noisy.

Location is very convenient. My kids enjoyed the pools and we liked the outdoor seating area and indoor tables.

The breakfast option could be a little better

It was great breakfast was offered in this hotel, but it took a long time for them to refill the foods. Breakfast was around 8-10am, at 9am all foods were gone except for cereals, took awhile for replenishment. The location was excellent so despite that it was close to alot of food stores/restaurants.

Breakfast replenishing took a long time.
