The room was very comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The pull out sofa bed on the other hand wasn't that comfortable but it was OK. When I went to the pool it wasn't crowded which was very nice. The breakfast was great. The 24 hour coffee was amazing! You were ever so accommodating to my handicap husband and his service animal. 95% of the staff were Amazing, pleasant, helpful, and all around exceptionally great. I even used the laundry room twice and didn't even have to wait. We traveled with our 18 year old son. We had 2 TVs 2 closets. It worked out well for the 3 of us. Everything was close to the hotel and we had an awesome time. We would love to come again. We will talk about your hotel and our trip to our family and friends. Thank you. Just wanted to add that Tyler (night shift) was exceptional as was Shay. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a great time.

There weren't enough hangers (I know I could have asked). There was no freezer in the refrigerator, this was a problem for me. The one thing that I hate to complain about is your staff! The trainee, Jelissa, who checked us in obviously had a problem with our service animal. Every time she saw us it looked like she wanted to say something. She didn't have very good people skills either. This is something that you should watch. Mike was another staff that we had an issue with. Obviously he has no people skills. Very anti social. Personally of a newt. We weren't the only ones who had problems with Mike. If I were you I would really take a look at that .You have a wonderful hotel with a good reputation,, but with people like that on the staff it really doesn't look good for the clientele.

The continental breakfast was great was just enough for my family to start the day and even pack snacks for the park. The pool was clean and quiet. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower in the rooms was awesome. we came for the weekend to come to Dutch Wonderland was a perfect location right across the street we were even able to walk and save the parking fee. Being on the main highway was very helpful to be close to all. The highway with trucks and cars is a little loud at night but we had a sound machine for our kids if your worried about noise just ask for a room Facing the back of the hotel grounds. The staff was great at the front desk and the staff for the breakfast was efficient. The groundskeeper man for maintenance was so friendly.

Room was quite large and having a double sink in the bathroom was very convenient. Facilities were clean and I love that daily room service was provided. Our kids loved the pool, the deepest section was 4 feet which is great for parents managing toddlers, and it was a nice temperature for a 1-2 hour swim. Very family friendly. Great location. We were able to walk to the Tanger Outlets and Dutch Wonderland. Everything else (Cherry Crest Adventure Farm, Turkey Hill Experience, Hands-on-House Children's Museum, etc) was less than a 20-minute drive.

We arrived before check-in and there was no place to store our luggage so we had to keep it in our car for several hours as we did activities. Bed / pillows were alright but not the most comfortable. Breakfast was ok. By day 3 we decided to skip it and to go to IHOP. Staff was very nice but not the most knowledgeable. But overall, small complaints for a wonderful and affordable stay in Lancaster.

Greeted with a smile and easy check-in. Room was clean and spacious. Close to local attractions. Our stay was very nice.

Breakfast. Waffles, microwave sandwiches, cereal. Basics like coffee, tea, juice. There were apples and bananas. No eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes. I don't expect the breakfast to be restaurant quality but you could do better. I travel a lot and other hotels have better breakfasts. Other people were disappointed that there was no other hot breakfast other than waffles. Also, please put the toaster next to the bread. No clock in the room which I thought was odd.

Returned here after 4 years on an unplanned detour through Amish Country and happy to say it was just like I remembered: clean, spacious rooms; friendly, efficient service; an adequate (if crowded) breakfast; free coffee and tea 24 hours; and a pool and hot tub open early and late. An excellent family-friendly choice for first-time visitors to the Lancaster area, Amish enthusiasts, and everyone in between!

I was glad to see the hot breakfast options restored after the height of the COVID pandemic (certainly not the case at all hotels) but like me, most guests seemed less than excited to stick mass-produced sandwiches in a microwave. The only "real" hot option was waffles, which meant lines of several minutes to use the two waffle makers. I didn't mind (everyone waited their turn), but I can easily imagine the crowds when there's Day Out With Thomas at Strasburg Rail Road or other special events...

For the price, this was the best motel I have ever stayed it. We arrived much earlier than expected, we were greeted with a smile, and got registered instantly, even though we were two hours early. We were given a choice for a room on three different floors. The lobby was attractive and clean. There was coffee and tea if needed in the lobby. I am extremely fussy about the room I stay in, I could not find, and I looked, any negative about the room. The room was clean, decor very nice, bathroom was spotless. I could go on, I'll just say it was perfect.

LOL, it took me awhlle to find something that could use improvement, it was the sign out by the roadway. The black background with white lettering did not stand out. I actually pulled into the wrong motel the first time. I had to cross a busy route 30, the GPS said I was there, yet I did not see the sign. This is not a motel anyone should miss.

Spacious suite with closed off living area. Upgraded clean bathroom. Breakfast offered more than the basic options. Inviting lobby with fireplace and outdoor rockers. Spacious pool area. Very pleasant desk staff. They checked in to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything additional. Safely walked to Dutch Wonderland.

Our room was in the back. I feel if staying in the front the street noise would be to loud. A couple picnic tables would be a nice option. We ended up eating our take out in the dining room which was already cleaned for the next morning.

I am on a food plan that does not include many of the foods that are usually at a hotel breakfast. Usually, for example, the eggs are powdered, which I can't have, or usually there's a coffee creamer substitute instead of half and half. At breakfast, you had real boiled eggs, the little thingys with individual servings of half and half, and 100% orange juice (I can't have the kind from the can that has added sugar in it). Often when I can't eat the breakfast at a hotel I feel deprived because breakfast is part of what I'm paying for in the cost of the room. I did not feel cheated this time! Also, that made up for the problem with the refrigerator to some extent. I also liked the fact that the people at reception were familiar with me and my reservation. I was nervous because I had a split reservation, so I had called the day before to make sure it was ok. When I arrived Janet remembered me from our previous conversation and assured me once again that the split reservation was fine and that we would have the same room both nights. She and Michael could not have been more accommodating. This was very important to me because in an an increaingly robotic world, being able to reach an actual person on the phone, and then actually having a person there who remembers you makes a great impression.

There was a problem with the refrigerator. I had not been told that there was a temperature regulator at the back of the fridge. When we got there the fridge wasn't cold enough. I was impressed that you sent maintenance and that the maintenance man brought in a new fridge. Unfortunately, the next morning my food was frozen because the temperature on the replacement fridge was too cold. It wasn't until I called reception the next morning that the receptionist told me there was a temperature regulator at the back of the fridge. It worked out okay after that and because I had the alternative of Chipotle nearby. Chipotle is the only place where I can eat out, because it has none of the additives that I can't have.

Exceptionally clean! Rooms were clean with daily housekeeping. The front desk clerks were polite, professional and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Free tea and coffee daily in the lobby and cookies! Pool and spa was amazing. Also a gym. No weights just cardio machines but still very very nice. No complaints here. I was very pleased literally with everything! Plan on going back in Nov/Dec. Location was convenient to most attractions. Loved it!

No complaints. Everything was great. Peaceful and quiet as well.

We loved how clean, and accessible for us with a handica, was. Our room was great and the shower was so conveniently able to accommodate us with the open floor stall and seat. The staff was very sweet and professional, the continental breakfast was definitely enough. The pool and jacuzzi helped us relax and renew. Just love this location. Thank you once again!

Three things, there was a musty odor and the bed nearest the bathroom had a slouch in the mattress nearest the nightstand, which made uncomfortable as sliding occured. The lighting was very dim. It will not prevent us from another visit though 😊. Calling now to reserve that room again for November.
