The hotel is not fancy or spacious, but everything is pretty new and efficiently laid out. For example, hooks in the room were great -- perfect for my kid's soccer bag. Breakfast was simple but had plenty of healthy options. It was great that they had 3 electric vehicle chargers. Unfortunately, I couldn't get on one the second night because a non-electric vehicle was blocking the spot. The staff was helpful and called us quickly after check out to let us know that my kid left their AirPod case in the room.

It would have been nice to have a waffle maker at breakfast.

The hotel staff were very accommodating when we needed something. The hotel room was clean. The breakfast was better than I expected. There was a variety of items to choose from, hot and cold. Family friendly environment. My son enjoyed the chess set and large checkers set in the lobby. Nice size bathroom. A quiet stay.

Not really a complaint...just not what I'm used to. There was no closet or dresser to put our clothing. There were hangers and multiple hooks to hang some of our things that needed to be hung up which sufficed for our 3 night stay. The room was on the small side, simple, and streamlined, which was not a big deal since we were out and about most of the time.

The staff personnel were friendly and helpful. They provided all the info we needed generously and their response to our questions were expedient. The location is pristine from floor to ceiling, including the rooms, lobby, elevator and other areas. Bonus: We loved the functions on the television. They allow you to adjust your stay, view your bill, and even cast from your phone with ease! It's definitely a modern experience.

This was our first time starting at a minimalist concept hotel, so we had to adjust to the room size and design at first. However, it is efficient and it works for the pricing.

The lobby was so nice with plenty of seating and games. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with the bathroom cleanliness as well.

We did not like the breakfast in the lobby and there were ants on the table we were trying to eat breakfast on. There were over 20 possibly 30 guest in the lobby at breakfast and only 5-10 breakfast sandwiches being put out at a time. Bagels were stale and while breakfast was a great free perk, I would not eat there again. The heat and lack of air in the small room with the indoor pool made it unbearable. We were excited to use the pool and as soon as we opened the door, we walked out. That is not a healthy or safe environment. It felt like a sauna and smelled. I definitely recommend better ventilation or air conditioning in that room or open windows/doors.

Breakfast is simple and good with hot sausage breakfast sandwich. I didn't try it as I am not crazy about sausage. Love the other choices with English muffin, bagel, yogurts and fruits. 24 hours coffee / hot tea and water station in lobby. Love that idea instead of coffee maker in guest room. Every time you try to just get hot water from the coffee maker, it always has the coffee smell. So the central location with hot water is much better and more environmental friendly. Also like the hard floor in guest room and no carpeting.

Don't expect closet and drawers. It doesn't bother me at all as I usually keep all my clothing in my luggage anyway. There are lot of wall mounted hooks to hang jackets and other stuff; and shelves to put your luggage on.

The location, staff and appearance was excellent. They hotel furnished Dove products that were at your need if you forget, as well as other complimentary items that are commonly left when packing, such as a temporary toothbrush and toothpaste. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and filtered water available, 24 hours. I have been traveling a bit this year, I find the bed to comfortably. Love the clorax small in the sheets. The floors and bathrooms were clean. My special hotel socks were not needed. Noise level was to a minimum. Best part about the room, huge televisions, that you can cast your shows, that part was a little tricky, but they have tech support, if needed. As far as breakfast, during these times, it was okay. First day, the Jimmy Dean bagel sandwiches were like bricks. The next day, must have a different person, the Jimmy Dean biscuit sandwich were perfect.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about Avid

We enjoyed the swimming and exercise room It was easy to get around and the staff was so friendly The hotel was clean and quiet I love the idea of having money set aside for my grandson to buy what he needs or wants without me running down with money or to the front desk.

I do not have anything to report My grandson did not like the breakfast as he enjoys his waffles in the morning. He did eat and bought milk

The front desk was amazingly nice and helpful. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. It met our needs perfectly.

There was quite a bit of road noise at night, which is not the hotel's fault. The breakfast options aren't very good but that wasn't a big deal for us.

Hotel was VERY clean. Staff was very helpfull. Noticed in early morning cleaning staff was already doing lobby windows. Breakfast good, egg sandwiches, bagels and plenty of other choices.

Will NOT use Booking .com again. You have wrong info. about hotel. You have listed that hotel has OUTDOOR pool, hotel has INDOOR pool. You have listed that 2 Queen bed room have a BALCONY, hotel rooms have NO BALCONY. You have down free HBO on tv, no HBO. You have down DAILY HOUSEKEEPING, but staff does not clean rooms daily.

The facilities were SPOTLESS. The toiletries smelled excellent, the beds were comfortable, the location was convenient, and parking was available!

The breakfast was good but it’s not a full breakfast. It’s definitely enough to get you started off for the day but it’s not a full meal! I wasn’t unhappy with it at all, just something to note!
