The location was great and the hotel was beautiful. Received complimentary drinks at the bar upstairs with check in and the kids got free cookie vouchers from a local bakery at check in.

Booking.com indicated a certain price with taxes and fees. When we arrived at the hotel we were charged $35 more and the hotel held an additional $150 for incidentals which we were unaware of via booking.com.

The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, and are room was generously large and light-filled. The upstairs XIX (on the uppermost 19th floor, naturally) restaurant and bar are wonderful, serving breakfast, brunch, a complete bar menu and libations. These extraordinary, century-old rooms have tall ornate domed plaster ceilings, matched by no hotel in the U. S. The hotel is a bit down on its heels. And I muttered to myself, when checking in, oh my…how far the old Bellevue-Stratford has fallen. But, it still stands, and she is still magnificent. Few things would make me happier than to see the Bellevue preserved and restored.

Needs to be spiffed up (carpeting, paint, etc.)

Breakfast was horrible Especially the service. The server only came twice to the table to greet us and to dropp off the check. We stay there days. & did not return for breakfast. We had breakfast @ the love. Much better It’s unfortunately that such a beautiful had such horrible service & food

I liked everything about the property. However, we were not told about a $35 destination fee once checking in so I was charged more for my room than anticipated.

How spacious the suite was and how comfortable the bed was

If your going for a busy weekend , be mindful there is only 2 elevators

Location was ideal close to shopping, restaurnts many amenities would stay here next trip. centrally located to many historical venues.

transportation from the airport to the hotel was horrible

Breakfast was excellent in the beautiful hotel’s dining room on the 19th floor, it included lactose free option. The hotel is stunning and the rooms spacious with comfortable beds. Very clean.

The entrance of the hotel in not well signaled, because it was moved from the Avenue to an adjacent alley.I just would have liked a gluten free option at the restaurant. But all else was excellent I highly recommend it.

Beautiful wooedwork inside and decor reminded me of a fine, older city hotel.

beautiful building with so much history. ornate details, vintage glass, the 19th floor is a must see.

the room itself was quite plain. our window faced the Conservatory indoors, which had a lot of natural light but I would’ve preferred an outside facing window.

Furniture and aspect a bit outdated and the room was a bit noisy due to traffic outside.
