The location was the best and worst part. We were walking distance to great restaurants, downtown, the historic district, and it felt very safe as we walked during the day. BUT, it was right next to the Broad St subway line which was very audibly noticeable well into the night. Sonder did provide ear plugs. Also, the storage lockers before check in and after check out were AWESOME to have. We were flying a budget airline and brought only backpacks. It was great to drop those off before exploring Philly. Access to filtered water in the lobby, a full coffee machine and tasty coffee were also pluses for us. The rooftop view at night was really cool. Certainly the good outweighed the bad significantly.

See above. I loved the automated aspect of entry, but on the second day, the doorkey aspect of the Sonder app kept freezing up. We had to use the access code instead. Minor inconvenience.

The location is great. Close to Center City, great restaurants, theatre, University of the Arts. Very walkable. We used Spot Hero, parked our car, and did not get in our car for three days. The apartment was very comfortable, loved it. Wonderful living room with a great view of the city.

This is beyond the Sonder's control. Unfortunately, some groups of people rev up and down Broad Street with outdoor speakers on their vehicles. The Sonder did actually provide earplugs, but they were in the spare linen bag- we would not have found them if we did not need the extra duvet. We have stayed in other Sonder properties that had "noise machines" that help cancel street noise. This would be a good idea for this property. If you have early morning meetings, this may not be the place for you. That being said, we would stay at this property again because of the location and nice accommodations.

Centrally located. Close to SEPTA. Great restaurants nearby. Parking within 2 blocks. Beautiful clean apartment with all the amenities

Noise from street. Apparently South Broad St is a drag strip on Friday and Saturday nights snd the sound of cars racing down the street and playing music louder than a Taylor Swift concert could not be drowned out by the complimentary headphones.

Beautiful place, modern, well equipped, superb service via the Sonder app, super comfy place. Location is good, close to all sightseeing, safe area. The apartment is big, enough space for the kids to run around and play

The apartment is gorgeous the only issue was that the sound isolation is poor, so you hear a lot of noise from the street (lots of bikes), it's also on one of the main streets

Ease of checking in. The luggage lockers were fantastic. Loved the convenience. So close to everything we were in the city to do. Restaurants were walkable. Train to the stadium was so convenient and inexpensive.

Toilet kept running but my husband fixed it. We live at the beach so the city traffic was really loud. Not something that could be helped but they did leave ear plugs :)

The appartment is very well equipped (including for laundry), modern, with beautiful views on the city. The check in / check out experience is seamless and very convenient (once the prior verifications have been done online).

Guests staying at the floor above us, which is also part of Sonder rooms, were extremely noisy (including during night) and unfortunately the noise is going down to other floors very strongly.

Rooftop patio was exceptional, great views (closes at 10pm FYI). Great location - walkable to many restaurants and old city. Was nice to have coffee maker, full size fridge, etc.

Room had a musty smell that didn’t go away

The apartment was spotless. The location was in walking distance to the Academy of Music as well as the Giorgio's on Pine where we had dinner prior to the show.

As previously stated there is street noise but you are on Broad St. and it is to be expected.

We are a family of 5. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and well-located. It was stocked with all the essentials.

Can't really think of anything negative about our stay. Only suggestion might be to have just one person on site for security reasons?

The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the facilities you’d need, including a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom and even a washing machine and dryer. Would recommend to anyone visiting Philadelphia!
