Decor was really nice with a European feel. Beds were very comfortable and, even though we were on a busy street, the noise didn't filter in. As a matter of fact, the hotel supplies ear plugs but we didn't need them. The room temperature was good too. We were going to the Flower Show and this hotel was maybe a ten-minute walk from the Convention Center and restaurants. We did not park in the city but sed mass transit to get in from the airport.

None of the outlets worked except the two where lamps were plugged in. We had to unplug a lamp so we could plug our phone charger in. It was a minor inconvenience. There are not any humans on site and that is a little bothersome for making arrangements to store bags. The hotel does have a few luggage lockers but they were full so I think they need a few more. Luckily someone got their bag out while we were there so we did get a locker but it was serendipity. The hotel charges for early check-ins which is why we opted for the locker.

Amazing location for all our purposes, and easy access. The room was spacious, soberly decorated and very cozy, we immediately felt comfortable. There was complimentary coffee in the room, as well as tea or coffee in the common lounge, which was also very friendly. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

The AC made a lot of noise, waking me up frequently in the middle of the night. In fairness, they offered ear plugs, but still I had a hard time sleeping. The toilet in the bathroom was loose from the ground, also making noise whenever someone sat.

Great central location in Philly Center City. About a 10 minute walk to City Hall and walking distance to South Street, Love Park, Reading Terminal Market and lots of bars and restaurants close by. It is located in an LGBT area of Philly and there is a Walgreens and Wholefoods close by for groceries. Nice clean hotel and room, comfortable bed.

No drinking water provided in the hotel at all so bring your own. The room occasionally made a loud noise at night, could have been the air conditioning but it sounds like someone knocking on the door so a bit unsettling. Check in at 4pm, check out at 11am and you have to pay if you want to change those times. Otherwise a very nice hotel and overall I would recommend a stay here.

The only problem is parking. No free parking but only Parking ranking from 30-40 $ /day and public parking only for 2/3 hours at 3$/hour

While the overall experience was nice there was a loud knocking in the walls that would occur in random intervals. It sounded like several empty cans collapsing. Not sure if it was a an outside vent or possibly the plumbing but it did startle and awaken me a few times. Twice I thought someone was banging on the door. Not upset just more curious as to what it was.

I loved my room! It was spacious and the bathroom was huge. There is no front desk, so you will get all acces codes the day of your stay. There is also no parking, but there is a lot across the street that cost $38 a day or you can park on the street. This hotel is located in such a fun part of the city. If you don't mind nightlife sounds, then you're good. There are lots of cute little shops and restaurants near by and Reading Terminal and the mall is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable, clean room with good sized bathroom. 10-15 minute walk to City Hall, 20-25 minute walk to Liberty Bell etc (but we jumped on the bus), and about 10 minute walk to Reading Market, which was a great spot for food (there were plenty of other bars and eateries within the same radius as well, although we struggled to find somewhere open for food late at night after arriving). Also some tea/coffee facilities in the room and the lobby.

The luggage locker situation was a bit of a lottery - we had two large suitcases, which just about fit together in one of the three large lockers available for the building, but it was pot luck as to whether someone had already occupied it (they were all in use when we arrived, but luckily we managed to grab one for the day we checked out, to keep bags for the day before picking them up in the afternoon). Some of the surrounding streets also felt it could have been a bit sketchy to walk around at night, if that's the kind of thing that makes you nervous, but we had no issues.

it was Pitty that they did not let us in before 4 pm which is very late. although the room was already ready and available they still charged us $30,- for checking in at 2:30 pm. it’s the little things that are Important and this was just making money which makes me not book at sonder again

Great place with very easy check in and check out process, everything is dealt with the app. The room is modern, clean, and the beds and sheets are very comfortable. A microwave, many ammenities and some other utilites is at disposal in the common area, and there is a coffe machine inside the room, and also a minibar. The bathroom is very clean and the shower heats properly. The location is perfect, we did everything on foot.

Nothing to complain about during our stay, but the lack of a reception or a staff member could be an issue if anything were to happen.

Spent a comfortable 2 night at the Arco by Sonder, very conveniently located close to Philadelphia's historic district, puv3luc transport and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The latter made the area somewhat noisy but earplugs and a white noise machine were provided to counter this. The room was spotless, the bed firm and comfortable. The bathroom was beautifully decorated although the shower appears not to have been renovated. That notwithstanding, the double showerhead provided plenty hot water and fantastic pressure.

The only criticism is the lack of flexibility regarding check-in time. I arrived 20 minutes early and could not access my room. I was able to stow my luggage in a secure licker before venturing out to explore the city but if I had needed the room it would have been inconvenient to wait or annoying to pay a fee to gain early access.
