The manager Serena was very cheerful and welcoming and extraordinarily efficient. She afforded me every courtesy and privacy too! I was really impressed with what an amazing job she does considering there were so many different tasks and details I witnessed her accomplish in the short time i was there. She is without doubt, the nicest, most sincere, kind, and hard-working B&B manager I have ever encountered. Most importantly was the cleanliness . The room was spotless and the cleaning staff fantastic and brilliant. Breakfast was gourmet and great. Very peaceful, private, zen relaxing place!

Beds were new, bedding and pillows were fresh and soft, however a softer mattress would add more comfort as it was a little firm.

The Inn is actually a 3-storey house at the heart of Newport, accessible to all the main attractions, including Easton beach within walking distance. It has parking space at the backyard. Also having a daily breakfast and free-flow coffee/tea/water are huge plus. not to forget mentioning that breakfast is readily cooked, as if you were in a restaurant. The whole experience felt as if you were staying at home with your family. I would definitely come back here whenever i visit Newport.

Adorable, quaint property in a great location just a few blocks from the waterfront which has a lot of great shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff member who assisted us was extremely kind and friendly.

Really, nothing to complain about! It is an older historic building, so it is fairly easy to hear other guests in their rooms, but the hotel conveniently provides a white noise machine on the night stand which worked just fine to drown out any noise.

Breakfast was great Continental with a served hot item. One day it was steak and egg on a bagel the second day it was scrambled eggs with ham and cheese along waffles with an apple cinnamon syrup. Great location near the piers and restaurants or not far from free trolley service. Service staff very accommodating

Could have used a few shelves in the bathroom because of limited vanity space. A chair in the room, pants hangers, a small dresser and an umbrella or awning for the deck. My other half wanted less stairs to climb

The location is great. Walking distance from the main street. The Inn is well-kept, very clean, quiet, and peaceful. There is free tea, coffee, and water all day long in the beautiful dining room. Breakfast is cooked for each guest individually. The lady who manages the place is very friendly, and her hospitality is awesome. We would definitely come back!!

Our stay was incredible! The staff was so kind and amazing hosts and really went above and beyond to make us feel at home, especially Maria! The breakfast was phenomenal every morning, with delicious fresh cooked food. The room was super clean and updated, and the roomy shower had great water pressure.

The coffee could use some improvement.

Breakfast was delicious. They really wanted to please us. Location was very good. The staff was so nice and helpful. Bed very comfortable. A very appealing decor, too.

Not a real issue, but a refrigerator would have been helpful. And a microwave in their dining area at least would have been nice. Bathroom very beautiful but tight. A couple more shelves and or hooks would help.

Stop looking now and book the Serenity Inn. Serena was the absolute best. She greeted us when we arrived, walked us to our room, provided us with recommendations, and served us the best breakfast! If you want a clean and cozy room, friendly staff, a great location, and to wake up to fresh smelling bacon, then The Serenity Inn is perfect!

The serenity Inn grounds outside are beautiful. There were two different areas to sit outside, a table on the porch or patio area with chairs, couch & tables. The morning offerings were delicious and freshly made when we arrived for breakfast. The two Inn Keepers we met during our stay were nice, friendly and helpful with information.

Suite 6 was somewhat small, there was only 1 wastebasket and it was in the bathroom. The bathroom vanity had very little counter space.

Breakfast was amazing and freshly made each morning. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom/shower were gorgeously clean and comfortable. Awesome stay!

Needed another trashcan in the main room and there was some sort of odd ticking/knocking noise coming from the bathroom consistently. Pin code doors were a little awkward to use and the parking lot doesn’t have enough spots for all guests. The additional lot is up the block and not super inconvenient but not ideal.
