Dakota was Awesome!! We had a problem with our delivery with Door Dash and he actually went out of his way to go find where the food was delivered. It was delivered to the wrong room and he searched until he found it. He brought it to us, even after we had called Door Dash about it and gotten our money back. He even came back and gave us coupons for free items at 2 restaurants. He said, “even though it wasn’t our problem, I wanted to try to make it up to you”. He was very kind and went above and beyond to call of duty to help us out. Thank you Dakota!!

The hair dryer was broken

Accommodating staff, comfortable beds, terrific showers!

We booked a room with one queen bed and got two double beds instead. (At least we are accustomed to a double bed at home, so it worked out!) Once the crazy “neighbors” left when the weekend was over (loud rap music next door to us for one; front desk offered to move us if it continued, but the guests left after one night), it was very quiet. Unfortunately, though, no way to quell the din of motorcycles on the street! We got on okay. Finally, for as much as we love stairs, the C building had no elevator, a trick when moving suitcases, etc. to the second floor. A bit of smoke smell came to our non-smoking room through the vent system, which we noticed only at first.

Liked the restaurant food and the 15% discount for hotel guests. Excellent room. Adequate lighting. Nice carpet. Staff was accommodating to keep our cooler bricks frozen for us. Nice fitness center. Price was good.

TVs in fitness room didn’t work. No towels in fitness room. Would have liked a pool. Tv volume was uncontrollable, increasing during commercials and at other unexpected times.

Stephanie was working the front desk. After issues with keycards and parking, I had an issue in the room. She happily walked to the room and helped correct those things. She was pleasant and kind. It had been a long day and I was very thankful for her kindness.

The property has recently been refurbished. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean.

Need more trash cans where breakfast is at.

The appearance of the building is was a little old and run down. Didn't like how much the rooms cost just because it was Bike week.

Unfortunately our room was suppose to be non smoking but you can tell it was smoked in. There were ashes on the floor in the bathroom behind the door.😕

The location was great . It’s close to several restaurants and stores. The facility was great. Room was clean and kept up. Bed was comfortable. I’m actually surprised that this place got lots of negative reviews before. I enjoyed my stay.

If you’re a local you have to put up a $500 cash deposit. They said they had some bad In counters with locals trashing the place. I can understand that, but I think they should post a disclaimer on the websites that sell their rooms. That’s a big shocker to find out last minute and possibly too late to find another place.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The property is a older and a there is deferred maintenance on the exterior hallways. The rooom was very clean and in good condition. A great budget room and a value for the money.

The beds were really comfortable and the pillows were great!

The front desk treated each customer differently. While waiting in line, I noticed the "out of towners," maybe tourists were welcomed, smiled at, and treated like guest, while us "locals" were talked to with a less respect, like our hard earned money didn't matter!This occurred with both and Native and white workers, both! I know they were probably understaffed and overworked, but from having worked with the public for over 30 years myself, I know how all people need to be treated with respect and fairness. Please remind your staff. Thank you!
