Pet-friendly hardware floors. The condition of the room was above the expectations we had when given the price range. Quick to take care of an electrical issue at 1 a.m., even stopped by to be sure all was taken care of. Front desk personnel are always friendly and accommodating. Last time we stay there our battery died and the front desk personnel quickly came to the rescue. They brought around their vehicle and boosted our car off.
Would have liked additional blankets put up in The room in case we needed them. Would have appreciated a little bit of quality on their pillows very lumpy and uncomfortable brought our own personal pillows this time. We're unaware there was an additional pet fee of a $10 per night would've been Helpful that included on the booking site. This required an additional transaction

Location was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet area. Accessible to basic shopping needs. Property was clean, the room was well-maintained and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay. Would stay there again.
The face towels should be washed little better, they looked dingy. Other than that everything was great.

The Lady at the front was polite, courteous and spoke up once she knew I was hard of hearing. We stayed here 3 years ago after we bought our home and decided to stay here this time. We were not disappointed - everything was above par.

Great stay. Was heading from Florida to Ohio. Booked last minute. Checked in late & staff was helpful. Hotel was clean, had coffee & full size towels. Way better than our hotel in Florida..
