We arrived in town late in the evening. We took the first hotel we came to that had a room. The night keeper found a room for us and our puppies.

The price is not in line with other places we stayed on this trip. We moved to another hotel in town for less than half the price. I didn't experience anything upscale about the experience. It was just a place to sleep. To be fair, we only stayed one night.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, it was the cleanest room I've had anywhere in a long time and was extremely comfortable,no noise or disturbances which made my stay amazing I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone going to Cleveland to book a stay here !

Only complaint i have is my TV remote had no batteries

The place was very clean. The staff was super! They were friendly and attentive. Fast easy check in.

The room was a little shabby. It could use some updating. I think the price was a little high for the quality of the room.

The room was comfortable and clean. No strong odor. The breakfast was good.

The ice machine weren't working, but, they had some at the desk.

The location was good. The price was reasonable. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The room smelled fresh and clean.

A few edges of the vinyl tile was coming up. The bathroom door was in disrepair and needed replacement. The muffins were terrible but the coffee was good. The TV was very small.

We asked for an early check in after 1000 mile drive. The young lady at the desk Kiriya (sp?) worked to get us a freshly cleaned room. She was very pleasant and helpful. The room was as expected and clean. The water pressure and temperature was perfect. The pool was clean and not crowded. The breakfast was adequate and the location was off the road and quiet. A great value for the price.

I didn't like that all the the rooms were nonsmoking, absolutely no smoking rooms at all.

It was nice to come back post pandemic and see that staff had entered our room daily to make beds and refresh towel supply.

We were on the second floor. The elevator broke Sunday morning and was still out of order when we left Monday morning. As senior citizens, it was difficult navigating the steps with luggage. I would have thought corporate would have moved heaven and earth to fix it promptly. I think the last inspection was 2018.

We have stayed here before so the breakfast was similar to expected. Would like to have more or better eggs, and more sausage n bacon. Was gone in a flash. And, I personally would prefer availability to be later, like til 10am.

Eggs were watery one day. FACILITY; AC not working well. The room was cool but wet. Smelled like a wet basement (mildew / mold) and carpet, bedding and clothing near the AC was damp.

It was a quiet peaceful place. The room was great and very comfortable.

I didn't like the way the rooms joined. I could hear the people in the other room and their kids kept goin in the hallway.
