This was the nicest hotel to choose from in Cleveland. Location is great, fast food near by as well as a shopping strip.Not a far drive to/from Chattanooga. The rooms were clean, plenty of space.

House keeping didn’t come to our room once during our stay. I am not sure if this is a new change in policy but if so maybe upon checkin the front desk should ask if you’d like the service or not. Usually I wouldn’t mind if they skipped over our room, but I think the stay would have been better if my towels were replenished and garbage thrown out considering the price I paid to stay at the nicer hotel.

The 1 br king suite was HUGE, and an awesome layout. Plenty of space and the kitchen is perfect. Bed pillows were comfy. Lighting was nice overall with plenty of lamps. Smart TVs were good. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. Coffee pods/ Keurig in the rooms were great and coffee tasted good!

The sofa is uncomfortable and the mattress is not super comfortable either. Our bed sheets were not clean, but overall this is the best hotel we have stayed in in Cleveland.

Finally a hotel that is serving a real breakfast again instead of handing you a sack of food you don't want. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable and the breakfast was hot and worth eating. Complimentary cookies in the afternoon/evening were nice also. It was a good experience without excuses about Covid!

Area was well kept. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The person who checked us in was sweet. The breakfast of what I had was good. I loved the waffles and the potatoes and eggs were good as well. The had just recently started the breakfast back and fairly good choices. There was almond milk as well as regular milk which I had never seen anywhere before. Fresh fruit and some healthy options.

Toaster did not work and we couldn’t find silverware. We were later given a new toaster still in the box. The staff had come in while we were gone and pulled out a drawer we couldn’t see a knob for because it was hidden under the countertop. Michael was cordial but not overly friendly. He was the one that told us they would have to check another room for a toaster and silverware. Maybe he was newer and didn’t know much about the rooms?

Loved the kitchen amenities and the staff was very welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and the TV had many channels.

I think $50 per night is a little steep for pets especially when staying multiple nights. We did have a false fire alarm go off and it took a while to turn off at 11 pm

Me and my fiancé went to Cleveland to visit our friends at LEE U. We loved that there was a kitchen in the room. This saved so much money because we cooked when we weren’t eating with our friends. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

The room was a little small but all in all great stay!

We came up for my husbands work and had to come on Valentine’s Day which left us not being to able to celebrate. So when I booked the hotel, they asked if I had any special requests and I (not thinking anything would happen at all) put that it was our 2nd Valentine’s Day together as a married couple and we’ve never been able to celebrate. When we got there, there was a note on our door, red, pink and purple balloons everywhere in our room, kitchen and bathroom...and then a gift bag with snacks and drinks and a Valentine’s Day card. This place went above and beyond any expectations we had. We will def come back and stay if we are in the near area again.

I liked everything it was a little dirt on our curtains and a spot on the bed but the room was clean and we could do alot and it saved us a little money by having a full stoce and appliances we loved our room

We came to Tenessee for my brother's wedding. The town was beautiful. I will be returning in the future for vacation. The room was very updated and nice. It had all the necessary items a room needs.

The Bed was exceptional!

Not enough room for luggage. Only one chair for the table. The room rate increased by $10.00 every night with no housekeeping. No ice bucket or tray was provided
