The daytime staff were very pleasant & helpful, not to mention they serve cookies😁! Everything was clean, bed was actually comfortable enough to sleep. The location was perfect for where I was going to. I would probably stay here again.

I stayed in the back bldg & the neighbors we pretty loud both nights, was kinda hard getting to sleep. The second night I went out to get towels from desk & the night-time desk attendant seemed slightly aggravated to do his job. I’m usually pretty gracious about situations, maybe he was having a bad day, but he is in a customer service job & if he doesn’t like it maybe he should consider something else. So, I didn’t bother mentioning the noise issue, because he acted like I was bothering him to do his job. Despite this, wasn’t something that was a deal breaker for staying here again.

I love everything about the Baymont Inn in Cleveland. The location is quite. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful.

I didn't like how I allowed myself to become associated with a person for company that ended up having no respect for the Baymont and ended up getting me arrested while she got to walk free. Robbing me of about $1500 in video games and other electronics. I probably am banned from the Baymont now, but its ok. I understand why, but like I said it wasn't any of their employees' fault. It truly is a great place to stay, especially for the money.

Close to good restaurants shopping and other stores that you may need.

Loved the property very clean and kept up amazing as well as the rooms was clean and was checked on daily to make sure we didn’t need anything and when we did the staff was on top of it quick.. The only thing that would made it better was if it had a better view of something the scenery isn’t that good but the experience being stress free the rooms being nice and clean as well as the staff being amazing especially the girl that worked up front I think her name was “Starr” made up for that for sure she was definitely very nice and sweet and helped every way she could with no issues and made sure to take care of every and all needs that was needed. She definitely deserves a raise or a nice steak dinner actually she deserves BOTH in my opinion.

I reserved rooms with 2 queen beds and got rooms with w full beds. Those inches matter. They were understaffed, which affected Breackfast one day. A bit of variety in the breakfast would have been nice. THE KEYS!!! they keys erased very early. If you sat it by the TV or had it o you when you went in a store, it would erase.

Courteous staff, lobby was decorated really cute for fall! clean, nice breakfast, the room had all the little extras like toiletries, coffee pot and coffee. It didn't stink! Cheaper than the one in Louisville Kentucky by $12 will stay here again!

Stayed at the Baymont In Louisville Kentucky, the one by the conference center and it was filthy. It was an overwhelming smell of carpet fresh & the carpet was sticky!!. No little toiletries in the bathroom, no coffee pot or coffee! No ice bucket, no dirty laundry bags. Nothing for breakfast but packaged muffins. Very disappointed & it was $12 more than the one in Cleveland Tennessee Will never go back here. The one by the airport is much cleaner.

King bed is very comfortable; breakfast is quite good--lots of options for the money. Coffee is excellent. The soaps, lotions, shampoos, etc. are better when compared to other places we've stayed lately. The staff working the front desk are very accommodating and kind. You can tell they enjoy their job.

Asking for room service seems to be an issue. Even if you request it before 10:00AM as their policy states, 60% of the time it didn't get done. 3 days out of 5 in our case. Our room keys kept not working. I could swipe 20 times, then finally it opens. Carpet is too worn out.

Stay here 2 times a year and will keep staying here. Great staff. Had 1 problem with the night time desk person he was a bleep!!

The night time desk person needs a attitude adjustment or replaced.. my mom has dementia and they were all so super nice to her. Except for him he was a rude condescending little bleep..

The first desk clerk or manager we met was amazing. We discovered that we were Covid positive and she had breakfast delivered to our room. The lobby was cheerfully decorated for Christmas and our room was spotless.

The second desk clerk, a young man who worked on Saturday was very unprofessional. He was running around with a big stick and chasing another staff member and also refused to deliver our breakfast. We felt bad about going into the dining room with Covid, but we wore masks.

It was clean and was very easy to get to.

The carpet in our room had some pretty big stains-needs replaced or a really good shampooing. The chair also had a stain that looked like there was an attempt to clean it. Just needs replaced. I called to see about an early check in and whoever answered was pretty rude about it. Maybe better customer service when dealing with customers-

The room was fine. The breakfast was very generous (scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, etc.). Everything was neat and tidy. I was given a free newspaper in the morning, too!

Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. There was really nothing else I was disappointed in. Booking.com wants me to say more...why must they assume things were less than satisfactory?
