Price. Did not know about breakfast. Talked to front desk threw a window. I should have left then to find another motel.

Did not expect aattached door to next room. Scary..... area was a lot of norse. Did not like parking area. Found a bug in room.

The staff responded promptly to resolve issues such as the tv and microwave not being connected properly, and cleaning up plaster that fell from the ceiling in the bathroom.

There was a mustiness in the air that did not go away from running the air conditioner. The booking company showed that there was a pool and continental breakfast; THIS WAS FALSE. The ceiling in the bathroom had water damage and work was being done on it while we were there. The room needed renovation as the walls had patches that were visible.

Cheap price but wasn't cheap enough for the the room we got

No room to get my wheelchair thru to get to bathroom had to crawl . the bugs coming out to said hi wasn't expecting room mates pool looked like the pool from the vacation movie

I liked that there was a mini fridge and a microwave and the AC did work. It was located only 10 minutes from the conference I was attending.

The website said free breakfast and a swimming pool, the swimming pool was empty and looked like it hadn’t been used for a long time and there was no free breakfast. The room smelled like mold, the volume on the TV kept automatically turning off after 20 or 30 minutes, there were very bright lights right outside of my room. There appeared to be people living there that were up late at night so it was difficult to get a decent sleep. If the price was reflective of these accommodations The price was not reflective of what the accommodations. This is not what it appears to be on the website were like. It should have been a lot cheaper!

Nasty roach motel without any security, trash left outside our entry door, vagrants and homeless wondering the lot. Econolodge should be removed from booking.com's site as well as removed from the Choice Hotels network. We'll never stay at another Econolodge again. Simply Nasty.

The location was ok close to hospital

Everything was horrible including price, the first room we were put in smelled bad the floor felt like it was falling thru ,ceiling started pouring water into the floor, tv was stuck on 1 channel, people were stumbling around screaming all night beeping their car horns. They moved us to another room during the stay after we ask for a refund because they don't do refunds! The room we were moved to was just as bad. I heard screaming & fighting all night. I needed a place to stay cause my dad was in a hospital nearby or I would have left 2 mins after stepping in that place!

There was no breakfast when I booked room it said free breakfast that is not right plus there were huge Roach's I have pictures of I took to office to show them tried to speak to management not available worst booking I have ever made.

everything. Waited for an hour to check in. the room had a foul smell to it, building was old and falling apart, you could see out our room door from the great big hole in it. A lot of traffic in and out of hotel. Someone spit their dip on my car more than once. Smelled someone smoking marijuana. It was just a nasty place and we will never be back.
