Property outside was very well maintained and clean. Room was comfortable and very clean. The added food area and bar was a great addition to this hotel.

The coffee was not very good, really bitter. May want to upgrade to a better coffee choice. It would be nice to have self serve coffee in the middle of the night for people who are up and for people who come in late. Overall very nice and clean hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating when we had to move our room 3 times due to issues with refrigerator leaking and ants in the previous 2 rooms.

first two rooms had ants and the 1st room had leaking refrigerator. The final room we were in was nice but head more wear and tear on it compared to the 2 prior rooms. Hotel was very accommodating in finding us a room without ants.

Newer property, very clean and smelled fresh upon entering. Easy check in.

The young lady at check out was not very professional. She was sitting down, eating a bag of mini donuts and drinking iced coffee. She acted like I was bothering her when I asked for a printed receipt. She never stood, rolled her eyes and said “you are already checked out. See your email for a receipt”. I checked and there was no email. So I asked her to resend. Then she really wasn’t happy! I left with no receipt and no email.

I liked everything about my stay with this hotel. The staff was extremely nice from the time I walked in to check in, until I went to check out. I would 10/10 recommend anyone stay here. The room was super clean, the bed was so comfortable, the TV had plenty of options, the pool was clean, and the pool towels were stocked. We did eat at the hotel restaurant, and it exceeded my expectations for breakfast for sure! Not to mention the lady working was extremely nice there too.

Our stay included breakfast, however when we arrived we were told breakfast wasn’t included. Once I told staff that our booking said it was included, they honored that and the breakfast was much better than the typical. Just know that you may have to let them know that in order to get it for free.

Nice and convenient area, I like that the facility is very quiet and smoking free. The bed is very comfortable, soft. I love the sofa and extra blankets in the closet, I wish we had a tub, would have been convenient for bathing my 8 mo boy.

The shower water pressure is low.

The room was very clean and just the perfect fit for my three Sister’s and I. We decided to stay an extra night, with no difficulty. The Staff was amazing, the gentleman at the front desk was so funny and friendly, he just added that personal touch. The housekeeping Staff were equally amazing, the two I talked with were so sweet and accommodating! I will definitely stay there again next time I’m visiting Family!

Would really like a breakfast included with stay The room temperature was uncomfortable. We could not adjust it because it was automatically controlled. Every guest is not comfortable at the same temperature

Immediately upon arrival, I located the handicap parking , entered the hotel and was greeted by staff at the registration desk. Check in/out was efficient. All staff were hospitable. Hallways, elevator, cafe, my room were all clean. Staff went out of their way to ensure that guests received a wonderful experience.

Even though my room was clean. I was disappointed that I could not find a comfortable warm setting for the thermostat nor the hot water.

I was pleased with the bar onsite. The was a good appetizer and drink selection. I enjoyed the tacos and Happy Hour. The bartenders, Manny and Justin were top notch and very helpful in providing me with directions to a couple places in Cleveland. The breakfast I ordered, was enough for two people at a very reasonable cost.

The wait time for breakfast was quite long, even though I was the only one in the restaurant. I think it took about 20-30 minutes to get my food.
