This older property was completely remodeled in 2022 and looks new. The room furnishings are nice and the king bed is comfortable. My room was perfect for a solo traveler or a couple but would be too small for a family. The free breakfast is very good, with scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, pastries, juice, and coffee. The staff is very nice and helpful. The property is well located, just off I-75 exit 25 and 10 minutes from downtown Cleveland or Lee University. I traveled to visit family for Thanksgiving and will stay here again next time I come back.

While I didn’t use the business center, it consists of one computer in the lobby. I’m don’t recommend this property for business travelers.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The check in was quick and easy. They greeted us when we came in and checked on our comfort every time we passed the desk.

Through no fault of our host we were unable to checkout of our room a day early. We were able to leave, of course, but the booking agency was difficult to contact and we had to check out without receiving any credit for the additional day. I will probably book directly with them and bypass the agent next time.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was warm, welcoming and delicious 😋 Indoor rooms, rather than doors that open to the parking lot. I feel somehow safer this way. I loved that it is right off the highway, which was good for me on a long road trip.

I loved everything, but if you are looking to improve something, I would say offer flavored creamers. I had my own with me that I used. But I have stayed at other Best Westerns that offer it.

We stayed here for a couple of nights to do some motorcycle riding in the mountains. The guy at the desk was super nice. The room was very nice also and very comfortable after a day of riding. The shower was hot and had plenty of power. That’s pretty important to us. Overall it was a nice play to stay.

We love the lay out of the room it worked so well for our family. Breakfast was great. We were very disappointed that the pool wasn't open during our stay but other than that it was wonderful.

The Breakfast was good. The beds mattress was really comfortable. The receptionists at front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Although the hotel is renovated nicely, you could still tell it was and old building because of the smell sometimes. The mattress pad and fitted sheet kept coming loose from the mattress which was aggravating. Elevator was a little rickety.

Location was good. Very clean. There was a young man that worked in the evenings, I wished we woukd have gotten his name. He was fun and pleasant to be around.

The bed hurt both of our backs. It got better after the third night. Very nice place overall 👌

Location perfect. Although the lobby is under renovation, the hotel and staff were lovely. Rooms are brand new and spotless. Great showers and an incredibly comfy bed were a welcome reprieve after 15 hours in the car. I was traveling alone with 2 kids and felt incredibly safe.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and smelled great. The beds were so comfy and the shower pressure was very good for a hotel. Was very happy with everything. We will definitely all stay at a Best Western Plus again.

This hotel was immaculately clean, beautifully appointed rooms with beds that were extremely comfortable and a staff that would do anything to help.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like.
