location, we stay 5 times a year with 20+ people. we’re never staying here again. will go across the street to a safer hotel.

I fell outside on your metal grates and seriously injured both knees and had a head injury. NO HELP WAS OFFERED!!!!!!!

I liked the location, the room was very nice and comfy bed. The size of the room was perfect.

I did not like that there was not any continetal breakfest and that there was not a safe in the room. Our room also never did get cleaned at all which was a bummer. Staff was great but we needed new towels and bedding.

Out room was not ready so we stored luggage and headed out to tour. They said they would call when it was ready, but they didn’t. They said “woops, we forgot to call, we don’t know what happened..”. Unfortunately, we had two children with us who would have liked to get into the room and relax.

This hotel has everything you need considering you don't spend much time in your room in Nashville. Plenty of cabs available so going any distance to and from the hotel is easy. Downtown is walking distance and so is Printers Alley and many restaurants and coffee shops. The staff is friendly and welcoming and eager to help. There is a small snack shop for those midnight treats for the room. There is a Starbucks in the lobby but you need to check the hours. The hotel across the street has a coffee shop also. We ordered Pizza one night from a company a few blocks away and it was amazing. The delivery was fast and the pizza was fresh. Free wi-fi and the computer in the lobby and the printer are available 24hrs a day. There are 3 elevators so there isn't much waiting around for the elevator to arrive. The valets are really lovely. The hotel entrance has a regular double door and a round revolving door which is very spacious. There are also doors on the Printer Alley side of the lobby. This hotel was a bank and has allot of history and wonderful architecture. Our room was a spacious king. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows to choose from. Nice white linens. Large round couch was in our room, a TV, dresser drawers and side tables, phone, plenty of USB ports for charging, clean bathroom. Toilet, tub and shower are in their own room and the sink is just outside that room. Hair dryer, full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, tissues, hand soap, make up remover towelettes (even a black face cloth for make up removal), large closet with many hangers, ironing board and iron, extra blanket. Small coffee maker with coffee and the fixings. A small fridge and the room comes with a few bottles of water. Ice machines I believe on every floor. There are Black out curtains and lovely sheers depending on how much light you want in the room and they are plenty wide enough so they close properly. There is A/C and heat and the controller is easy to manage.

The only thing we would have appreciated was better lighting in the room. The lighting is very dim and yellow in nature. Also if you want a quieter room ask to be away from Printers Alley.

Broadway was a short 2 block walk from this hotel. Many sights are very close by so we were able to walk to most of what we wanted to do! Easy access to Nissan stadium, too. Room was very nice, linens very nice. Beds very comfortable.

Pillows seemed to be down or similar and I prefer a higher loft. My fault that I did not ask for a different pillow. Beds were only FULL/DOUBLE, not Queens! I am amazed that nicer hotels like this still have rooms with 2 double beds. Not a good fit for husband and I. We needed an accessible room for our adult daughter who uses a power wheel chair. Room was considered accessible, as it had a lovely roll in shower and attached bath seat, with hand held shower head and water controls nearby. BUT, towel hook was on wall opposite the bath seat; the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were also opposite the bath seat. Beds were very high for someone who needs to transfer out of a chair.

Location is great , right at Printer's Alley. Nice room, great TV interface. Cool older building.

Bathroom had a removable hand held shower with was great but when using the shower in stationary mode it would move around and not stay still. Very annoying. Reserved a King Room several days ahead but arrived to get a double room with no others available. Very disappointed about that.

Love the location and the staff is excellent, checked in Sunday may 21st about 4pm. Anna I believe was her name at the counter, nothing but smiles and giggles from her ( I was joking with her) what a great why to start our trip ..... excellent job !

Ice machine was broken on 7th floor

Location was perfect! Right in the heart of things. Staff at front desk were friendly and great at recommending restaurants that were local favorites. Bed and room were comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay!

Parking lot closest to hotel was convenient. But trying to figure out paying for the parking was confusing. We didn’t want to sign up or put another app on our phone when we were only staying for a couple of days. But didn’t seem to have a choice. Never knew if it was charging us or how much we were being charged. We would have used hotel valet parking, but it was a one way street with very few parking spaces to pull into that were full when we got there. Busy street, we couldn’t just sit until a space opened up.

Location of the hotel overall was great only two blocks from Broadway. Size of room also good had extra sitting area. King bed and bedding extra comfy.

Location of room too far from elevator. Had many windows but faced Printers Alley and had direct views into apartments! Other windows faced roof of building next door! Had to keep drapes closed entire time!! . Ice machine on floor broke, maid did not make up room one day, tried to call front desk and phone cut out. Even though two blocks from Bway, the walk back was UPHILL all the way! Starbucks closed at Noon! No other restaurant in hotel.
