Bobby Hotel

I was very impressed with The Bobby. Such a cool hotel. The rooftop pool and bar are super fun with a beautiful view of downtown and the stadium. Perfect location to Printers Ally. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an awesome hipster hotel.

I didn't like that you have to order ice from the front desk. They also do not provide coffee in the room nor do they have Fox News only CNN and MSNBC. This really turned me off to the company overall but the TV was smart so that was a plus.

The hotel and rooms have a gorgeous decor, well maintained and extremely clean. The beds are comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating! I forgot my toothbrush and the room had a dental kit! It was a quiet hotel and we didn’t hear or see any kids which was wonderful as we were on a romantic getaway. The rooftop pool and bar had a fun vibe and the cocktails were great too!

I wish there was a keurig/coffee maker in the room. Also the website says the pool opens at 10a but when we went up at 10 we were told it didn’t open until 11a. The pool hours are 11a-7p. I wish the pool area opened a little earlier.

The location is one block off of printers alley and two blocks to the Ryman and three blocks to Broadway. The main desk clerk in the morning was pleasant and helpful when we had an error in our bill. He sent correction email promptly. The hotel decor is interesting and funky. Room was spacious. Rooftop bar was a pleasant space.

Check in clerk was not enthused about her job. We had to hunt down the valet to retrieve our car. Our drink bill at the bar got mistakenly charged with other customers' drinks-this was resolved by the morning check out clerk. As most hotels in Nashville, the room was pricey.

The breakfast was amazing. Great French toast. Breakfast in bed , avacado toast omg. Staff was amazing ,location was prime!, and the whole vibe and style was great!

Not even that I have a dislike i had mentioned it was mine and my wife's 15 year wedding anniversary and this was a surprise trip for her. They confirmed they noted it on our stay so thought we may find a surprise or something in our room but we did not. Oh we also looked for the red dog towel that if you take it you get billed 25 dollars and it goes to local dog shelters. My wife is huge lover of dogs so she was prepared to take this lol.

Beautiful venue & great location

Prices of food & drinks were outrageously expensive compared to other places nearby. The bedding felt like covering up with a bath towel and a dress shirt. For the amount of trendy luxury this place offers the quality and friendliness of staff was lacking. We were completely ignored at the rooftop bar, and then eventually just asked for the check. We decided from there on out we would patronize elsewhere. Also unfortunately we needed to pay $54/night for parking which would have been nice to know upfront.

The lobby was beautiful and smelled so great, like a fine men’s cologne. The rooftop bar was just amazing, from the party bus to the views. Great photo opportunities throughout. Loved the Frose’ on the rooftop for a hot summer day. This trip was for my husband and he really appreciate all the masculine design elements. We appreciated most the proximity to Printer’s Alley and Broadway. No need to Uber. Clean rooms.

When we arrived, the front desk wasn’t that friendly. I mentioned that I thought the lobby had such a cool vibe and didn’t receive any response, which didn’t feel welcoming. We had difficulty receiving extra towels. I really despise when enough aren’t provided for your entire stay. We requested them when we left the room at noon. We returned 8 hours later, to find we still hadn’t been provided any. We had difficulty cooling our room. It took us a while to realize the vents were closed. All trivial negatives, but opportunities for improvement.

the location of the hotel couldn't have been better, we were easy walking distance from everything in downtown Nashville. the cafe downstairs was tasty and quick, with friendly staff. we were late arriving to the hotel, and everyone from front desk staff to valets were very accommodating with our late arrival. the rooftop bar and pool had an incredible view of downtown

our room was very warm, and even the AC on the coldest setting didn't make much of a dent. additionally, our sheets were stained on arrival. the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired.

Beautiful well equipped rooms , fabulous location and friendly staff . We even got a bottle id champagne in the room for our anniversary which was a lovely touch .

I thought the music around the pool in the morning was a little bit too loud and obtrusive . We would have liked something a little more chilled and slightly quieter at that time of day but that was literally my only gripe .

staff was kind but not very forthcoming with details or information about the amenities. at check in, requested info on breakfast & the staffer who checked me on “was not sure” about options. valet service was a rude to Uber and Lyft drivers who were there to pick me up and left me standing at a curb (rather than opening the door for me) after telling the driver not to park in the valet lane (which was empty & had room for 4 or do more cars). Otherwise, the property was fantastic, the ambience amazing, and the rooftop bar could not have been more fun, shout out to Wyatt!
