Amazing location a 4 block walk to Honky Tonk Row but super quiet in the room. Extremely clean, bed and linens better than at my house (I am buying the same mattress now), free coffee in the morning at the coffee shop in the lobby, endless complimentary bottles of water and very cool, modern vibe.

The hotel doesn’t have onsite parking so you have to pay for valet, but that’s the same with all of the hotels in downtown Nashville. I’m thrifty so thought I would save money parking at a lot around the corner, but after the in and out fees valet was actually a decent deal and very convenient

This hotel is within easy walking distance of the bustling downtown and numerous museums. The staff are very friendly and courteous. During the week the hotel is lively; during the weekends it is vibrant with music and activities. The Blossom Bar should not be missed for it’s pretty decor and delicious drinks and snacks. Printers Alley is quite literally down a flight of stairs and worthy of a visit to its music scene and midnight tacos. You will hear it’s activities if you’re room backs onto the alley - bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The room itself was beautiful, maturely themed, clean and pleasantly decorated. A great boutique hotel that we enjoyed!

It's a nicely set-out hotel with a nice modern and homely feel (decor etc.). The staff are very amiable and helpful, which also makes you feel right at home. The bar is well run, well stocked, and is open late. The restaurant food is good and you get complimentary coffee until early afternoon from the on-site cafe. The double bedroom and bathroom were large, with nice decor and a very comfortable bed. The location is a very short walk to Broadaway, so close to the action for a lot of what you would want to see/do but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The famous "Printer's Alley" is right behind the hotel for more late-night drinks and partying, also with late-night Mexican food - a lifesaver! Loved this hotel, for its quality and location!

The laundry service was not available at weekends, which was annoying after traveling for 9 days before we arrived. There are no bedroom coffee/tea facilities.

The hotel called me days before our arrival to find out our flight time. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in right away. The hotel was so close to everything we walked everywhere we needed to go. The hotel was clean and with a bar in the lobby with friendly bartenders.

We called to do brunch one morning. They told us because we were staying there we didn’t need reservations and they would accommodate us when we showed up. When we got to the restaurant they weren’t able to accommodate us and put us at a table in another bar area. The bartender was also the waitress and to no fault of hers, she had a full bar, we were kind of the forgotten table. On the up side they have a DJ at brunch playing fun music and the food was good. Only thing we weren’t a fan of was the bacon appetizer.

Hotel is in a great location right need Broadway. The hotel also has quick and easy valet services where you can get your car and drive out of the downtown area. The room was decorated beautifully and the bed and VERY COMFY. Bathroom was clean with a large shower and great amenities. The room was very large as well with very high ceilings and plenty of storage and surfaces to put all of our things. AC also worked great, it is hot and humid there!

The hotel is located on the higher incline part of the area. That 45 degree incline is not fun in the heat or after a large meal/couple of drinks. There was also some noise from the AC unit that we originally thought was something alive but later realized it is an older AC unit from the hotel before it was renovated.

Location, fun funky hotel with all you need for a couples break.

Slight confusion regarding drinks. We asked for two soft drinks to take to the bedroom on return to the hotel one evening to be told they were free to guests, the next evening we did the same and were charged (both evening we were served by the same bar man). A duvet cover would be a personal preference- not a fan of the two flat sheets with the duvet in the middle, and a fitted base sheet not a flat sheet.

My daughter and I stayed here while visiting Nashville for the weekend. The location was great! Walking distance to Broadway bars and shopping. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made suggestions and booked some ticket/tours for us. Brunch was very good, and there's a coffee shop for something quick on the way out.

Wifi wasn't great, so the TV was a little glitchy sometimes, but we were not there for the TV so it wasn't a big deal for us. If I would have complained, I'm sure staff would have found a solution.

Convenient to the things we wanted to do downtown. The bathroom was clean and nice. Also liked the lighting options in the room. Hotel staff was pleasant and efficient.

There seemed to be some parts of the property in various stages of completion, like the ceiling of our room didn’t have a finished look. Probably the least satisfactory part of our stay was the complimentary coffee in the morning. It was some of the worst hotel coffee I’ve ever had, and did not seem in line with the quality of this hotel.

It was a great location, easy walking distance from where we needed to get to. The floor to ceiling curtains were amazing and blocked out all the light so we could sleep well.

There was no coffee maker in the room, and we weren’t told until 4 days into our stay that we could get free complimentary coffee in coffee shop in the lobby.

My wife is notoriously picky about places we have stayed as we travel 3 or 4 times a year to different cities to watch sporting events. Without being prompted she stated that this hotel was by far the best place that we have ever stayed before. The decor and ambience were outstanding as were the location which was about a 6 to 7 minute walk to Broadway and much of the action. We loved the high ceilings and the curtains were so thick not only could we not hear anything from outside but it was so dark in the room we might have slept extra hours if not for our alarms. Shower was easy to operate and elegant looking tv and internet worked efficiently. Staff was great and food at Stateside INN downstairs was really good especially the brunch. All in all a wonderful 3 day experience
