I was so skeptical when booking due to the reviews I had read. I'm so glad I booked our rooms anyway. Our stay was wonderful! I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We had originally planned to only stay 2 night but decided at last minute to stay again. The staff made it so easy to make arrangements for us and they were super sweet and helpful the whole time we were there. The bathroom is a little small, but do not let that be the deciding factor on staying here. The beds are mattresses on a platform, that is what the sliding reviews are referring to. They were not hard to keep on that platform. The sheets fit fine and the beds are so comfortable! I don't understand all of the bad things people are leaving regarding the Guest Inn. Our room was clean, comfortable and my family loved it. There was a nice microwave and refrigerator in our room. There is no breakfast, but there is a McDonald's directly across the parking lot and a Golden Corral as well. The pool was just as nice as everything else. I honestly would stay here every time we visit. You can not beat the affordability of this place, the prices are great and so is everything else.

Nothing bad to say at all.

It was a great location- walking distance to shops and good restaurants and not in the busiest portion of the Parkway. Very close to Gatlinburg and Dollywood. It was quiet. The pool was clean. Rooms/beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked 4 rooms and requested they be close together and they were all 4 right next to each other/across the hall from each other. The hotel description was accurate. Rooms were clean and no bed bugs/signs of bed bugs(I always check at any hotel). This hotel took proper precautions against bedbugs as well with zippered mattress protectors, etc. They had a sufficient number of carts to assist with transporting luggage to the room which was helpful.

Some guests smoked inches away from the pool area. My mom had a lung removed due to cancer and has a hard time with cigarette smoke so while smoking is not permitted indoors perhaps posting a designated smoking area away from the pool would be nice. There was no ice machine on our floor, the second floor, but that really wasn’t that inconvenient. Bathrooms in the double rooms were a bit smaller than I would prefer as a large woman but it was manageable. None of these things would keep me from returning.

Employees were very friendly and helpful, room was very clean.

Having to stand outside in the rain to smoke a cigarette! smokers have rights too. I would have got another hotel with a balcony if I had known. Mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. Using covid as an excuse not to have breakfast? no, that excuse is way overused covid has been gone for a while now and other hotels have breakfast. Cable was out half of the first day we was there yes it was raining but that usually affects satellite not cable.

Place was clean . Not old . . Def worth the $ . . Bring your own towels. They are small. . Beds are pretty comfy. . Our king room is small but it was only 2 of us so it was ok. For the price it was a money saVer . Would stay again .

Had a small maintenance issue asked to be fixed but took a few days . . But wasn't a game changer . Enjoyed it anyway

We love this place, its very quiet and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean, We recommend this place to all our friends and family. We always stay here when we visit the smokeys. The parking is also great when we bring our Harley Davidson down.

Only thing we have to say that we really didnt like was the last room we stayed in TV was a little hard to see from the bed. And we didnt care for the room on the back of the building. other than that it was great. Thats the only time we didnt like the room.

The staff was extremely friendly, the location was great, the beds were super comfortable and the no noise past 10pm was amazing and the staff was on top of that and made us feel like home the month we were booked. They met all our needs and kept our service dogs safe. Other than that i would recommend this hotel to everyone, 9/10 experience.

The down sides were no breakfast but that's due to covid and completely understandable. We had a housekeeping man that would walk out the back door when we left and would stare at my husband which was extremely uncomfortable but management was attempting to stop that behavior but we never got an explanation as to why that kept happening every morning. The price would fluctuate from 50/ night to close to a 100/ night weekly, we were there a month for work and it got really expensive very quickly.

Staff was top notch, location was good, and for the price we couldn't beat it. We were a little skeptical at first cause it was so cheap. But we changed our minds real quick. Will definitely be back!!!!!

It's not that we didn't like it anything because they handled the situation very professionally. But the toilet either overflowed or something like that happened. And we woke up one morning with water pouring out of the fan in our bathroom. But they moved us to another room asap. So again there's nothing we didn't like.

The location was very close to the things we had planned to do

There was several things that needed to be taken care of. The air vent in the bathroom was falling down and hanging from ceiling. The towel bars were pulled loose from the wall and rusted therefore rust was on the towels. The light over the sink had a short in it and everytime I turned it on I had to shake the bulb.

Our check in host was exceptional, so pleasant and helpful. The room was cleaned daily which was a surprise as most places now don't do that. The location was great, so close to everything.

The room was just a little small, but since I only used it to sleep, it was fine. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a small breakfast like other hotels have.
