The beds were very comfortable and over all it was a clean room. location was good and easy to get in to and out.

Pulling up to the hotel its kind of run down and needs repairs. gutters on out side were falling off or not there in some spots and out side needs some cleaning. the elevator has windows to look out while using it but the glass was so dirty hard to see out of. Rooms again were pretty good but was out dated and could use updating and new paint. The water temps well it sucks. maybe at best warm water and not much of it(must be shared with other rooms).

The indoor pool and slide was perfect for my 2 kids when we had down time and it was raining! The size of our room it was HUGE! It had a Jacuzzi tub and a private balcony!

The pool common area could have been cleaner. However, with it being an indoor pool the air stays moist so I understand it being hard to keep mold from growing on things that constantly stay wet. The jacuzzi tub had an issue with the jet control button. It would not turn off. I was sitting in the tub and when the water got to the level that the jets could squirt out water.... it caught me off guard and shot me in the face.... a lot. I couldn't get away from it! 😂 But it didn't keep me from using that amazing Jacuzzi tub!!! 🤩

It is close to any and everything that you can do.

We stayed last year and loved it, but this year was not as pleasant. There was a family that was living there that was at the pool every day. The little boy would go around hanging on guest when they would ask him to stop the mother would just yell. She also had a little girl that constantly was giving people the middle finger and telling her mom to shut and time she would yell for her to stop. Out of the 7 days we were there my husband only came to the pool twice because it just wasn’t relaxing with all of the going on. Several people even complained to the front desk multiple days. Other than that we stayed in the same suite as last year so it really felt like we were home while at the room.

The room was clean and comfortable! The staff was very polite. I would consider revisiting. The price was decent as well. The beds were pretty comfortable and the room was clean and the bathroom was clean as well.

The indoor pool was nice ,but could stand a little cleaning. We got in for a little while, but the size of the pool didnt accomodate very many people at once without being splashed a lot. The outdoor pool was cleaner looking, but colder water than the indoor pool...and two ducks flew in and landed in the outdoor pool.. so we just sit in the sum outdoors for a while.

A lot the fact that staff was frequently and when I do their way to help me. And a lot of the fact that the pool smelled clean like bleach. As soon as I walked in the door you could tell. They had put effort into cleaning the place. Same for the room

The only thing I didn't want was. I was on the fourth floor which was not anyone's fault but my own I had two kids in the end of the raining Which was kind of a struggle because my ring was on my opposite end of the elevator But it worked out

The pool was warm in March, the kids had a great time on the waterslide! Coffee in the lobby was great to have in the morning. There was always a friendly front desk member ready for anything we needed. Location was also great and near a lot of food/attractions.

The pool area could have been a bit more clean/ more anti slip surface near the stairs for the waterslide. Kids were often slipping at the area.

The room met all our needs. The pools and waterslides were great! We requested a wake-up call & our phone wasn't working properly, so a staff member actually came and knocked on the door to wake us, which I thought was above and beyond! We had a great stay here and will definitely stay here again!

They were not offering maid service due to Covid, which would have been nice, but we were able to get all the supplies we needed from the front desk whenever we needed them.

The room was clean and bug free. The beds were comfortable and it was easily accessible. The swimming pool was heated and the water slide was fun. All in all an anazing stay.

The water pressure in the bathroom was low, the shower head was too low on the wall so we had to duck to wash our hair, and getting out of the back parking lot was a complete nightmare with all the oncoming traffic

Everything!!! Super Clean Queen Room, My daughter and I were very impressed as soon as we walked into our room. It had fresh linens, furniture was clean and bathroom was spotless ! It smelt fresh ! We were very relieved to be honest. Housekeeping ladies were super friendly as well ! The pool and slide so much fun !!!

Only setback, rowdy loud neighbors were yelling fighting for awhile., But finally stopped, we were a bit scared about that.

Our kids loved the two pools. It was close to alot of restaurants and everything we wanted to do wasn't that far. When we booked we didn't realize we was literally right next door to Top Jump and The Toy Box both things our kids wanted to go to. Will stay here again for sure.

If anything maybe the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better it wasn't awful but wasn't as clean as it could have been
