The breakfast was good; might change it up a little though; some bacon would be nice. We liked our room except the toilet must have been made for toddlers (seriously it was that low) but the beds were fantastic. The hotel is pet friendly so there was some barking but it wasn’t bad. Dogs weren’t allowed in the front lobby/breakfast area at a certain time and I thought that was a wonderful idea. Also you would not know it was dog friendly because it smelled so fresh and clean. This hotel sets back off the road and it’s hard to get in and out off the highway if you don’t know where you’re going but you do get the hang of it (either turn past Golden Corral or turn into the road before it and circle back to the left. Stayed 4 nights and thought it was reasonably priced and would stay again!

The toilet was soooooo low to the ground in room 208.

The room was spacious enough for my family and our cat. She was fine while we went to make one last stop to The Tuckaleechee Caverns before our last day there. Bathrooms and beds clean. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Staff was just lovely, nice people. Breakfast was ok.

The lights that were on outside were too bright and coming through into the room through the front facing window in our room. The curtains had a couple hooks unhinged, otherwise we could've adjusted the drapes to full blackout.

Considering that they allow pets on the property, all common areas were very clean, & the fresh fragrance when we walked through the lobby doors was pleasant. We don't own a pet, so we were skeptical about staying here. The room was well organized, and our only complaint was that the tub was difficult to balance in to take a shower. Also, there were no grab bars. Staff was courteous and helpful. We were so comfortable, we would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Location was off the main parkway, and hard to find. Property was beautiful though, and well worth staying there.

The place is nice and clean, no problem w that at all. Everyone but one guy at the desk was nice. The guy had an attitude in my opinion from the start. Even my 15 yr old daughter noticed his actions when we where checking in and asked if i had seen his looks.. the same guy when i called to add an additional night even caught attitude again i asked if i could add another night and he told me no i would have to check out and then check back in but they had the same room amenities available. So i asked why i couldnt stay and he told me because i hadnt originally scheduled for the 3rd night but i asked again if they had a room available and he said yes but i would have to check out. Even on booking.com i could get a room, so i checked out and went to another hotel but a 3 star for the same money. Only other thing was the air conditioning unit wouldnt keep a steady temp. It would b warm or cold.. but that wasnt bad once i figured it out.. breakfast was good and enjoyable w good hrs.. i would stay again.

#1 the attitude of the check-in clerk and the a/c unit being goofy but nothing else

The whole staff was very friendly, courteous, respectful,helpful and polite. Excellent personal. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection.

The bed was just a little uncomfortable but not horrible. Wife would have liked a full length mirror.

Breakfast was great, there was something different each day. We brought our dog and was accommodated for him as well. The cleaning staff was very understanding and helpful when asked for additional toiletries.

When going to breakfast prior to 30 minutes closing, there wasn't any of the food replenished. If it ran out, then it ran out. That is one of the things that I would change. If breakfast is served until 10am, then everything should be available until that time.

The shower was excellent. Water was hot right off the bat. Towels were nice and smelled fresh. Room was clean refrigerator was just the right size and cold. Bed was very comfortable. Loved all the spots to plug in electronic devices.

You could hear dogs barking in other rooms. Since you can not see it from the road it was a little confusing where to go once you turned off the Parkway. Breakfast is really unnecessary since there are so many great breakfast places all around, perhaps the price would be better if there simply was no breakfast.

The property is pet friendly which is a must for us. Its clean and nice. The property is located just off the main drag so it is quiet. The free breakfast is really good and hot and fully stocked until breakfast is over.

The only thing I can say is that the elevator is busy a lot, having more than one would be nice or a specific service and guest elevator, but really not a complaint at all, there is nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was good, also the room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Check out was fast and easy. Overall good stay.

When I booked online, I booked 2 rooms, requesting them beside one another if possible. They did accommodate my request. However there was some confusion upon check in. We arrived first and I was told all our friends had to do was check-in to get their key and parking pass. When they checked in they had to pay as well and we both thought all charges was applied to my card from booking online. Communication was just not good at check-in. It appeared that the pool was shared with the hotel beside us (Super 8 I think). That seemed weird to us.
