Rooms were much larger, and compartmented, than expected which was perfect since we could separate the adults sleeping from the children's sleeping. Facility was responsive to a minor plumbing issue. The location was perfect, just minutes from Dollywood, and the value was one of the best we could find on-line.

Outside of the facility looked a little sketchy, but all concerns were vanquished upon entering the facility which was very clean and well furnished.

The 1 bedroom we had, on the first floor, was updated. At first, I was scared to book here because it looked like it was stuck in the 1970's. I am happy to report that the beds were comfy, pillows nice, carpet was newer in the rooms. They still have some updates to do in the room but everything was functional. Loved the kitchen and all the pots/pans and utensils available. Love the dishwasher and big fridge. I would stay here again- grocery store is nearby. The breakfast was free.. again, FREE so you can make it work or not. Has biscuits, sausage patties, eggs (like you find on cruises), waffles station, basic bread and cereal.

The bathroom needs a magic eraser to work on the rust and water stains- the vanity and counters can be updated.. they just need a good handyman to use paint and a drill in other spots.

Great location - room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The sheets were soiled and very worn. The company should invest in new sheets where needed. The mattresses were not the most comfortable for my wife who has back issues. The cable did not have the local visitors information channel that we are used to seeing or religious channels like TBN or Daystar- I had to watch the programs I like on my laptop or cell and over last weekend the rooms had a lot of guests and the wi fi was slow as a result. Not all of us leave Jesus at home when we go on vacation.

Good location and quiet even with the KOA next door with the kids playground. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms are good size. Lobby area is good for working. Wi-Fi seems to be strong. For the price, it was a good deal.

Hallways are too dark and sidewalks are not walker friendly for seniors lots of cracks and bumps. The sofa pull out bed was horrible needed to be changed out. We just decided to sleep on the ground the next night. Note that though the swimming pool photos show a hot tub in the corner, it has been filled in. No longer available. We had family staying at the KOA RV park and it was just around the corner! I also loved that the space was well laid out in the suite. The bedroom had enough space between the beds and even had enough space for enough blow-up mattress. The couch pulled out and they didn’t charge when I told them my brother in law would also be staying.

The pull out mattress was VERY thin and uncomfortable. We saw a few similar that were out by the dumpster, so hopefully they’re all being replaced soon, but who knows!

Pool was great, suites were very spacious - we had two different sizes one 2 br, one 1 br, great location right off the beaten path from the parkway around the corner from Stampede. Quiet rooms - couldn’t hear others or doors typically. We were often the only people at the pool during the day.

Kitchens not very well stocked so while it is a nice feature to have it was difficult to use. Fitness room under maintenance the whole stay. Breakfast was the same every day.

The suites were a very good size with all amenties you can ask for. Really, it felt like an apartment with the kitchenette, separate living room area and closet in bathroom. Everything was so clean throughout the hotel. I noticed the people working there were always busy cleaning (especially obvious at breakfast where they constantly cleaned tables as people left) and kept breakfast area neat. The breakfast for me was pretty decent with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, self-serve waffle makers, oatmeal, etc. I would definitely stay here again given the price, size of rooms and cleanliness. First hotel I've been in the last few times I've been to Tennessee that actually smelled good.

The juice machine seemed watered down at breakfast but I was only there one day so could have been bad timing. Would have liked to have some type of fresh fruit at breakfast. Microwave in my room did not work but I didn't contact maintenance. It wasn't a big deal for my one night stay.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff is nice, cleaning services daily. The room is nice and has a kitchen, which is a bonus, since the breakfast was bad!

The breakfast was lame. We were there for 5 days, no change in the offered items, the eggs were watery and didn't look good....the breakfast sosage was spicy and there were no options except butter or jam to spread on the bread. The only thing good were the waffles, which were good.

First impressions are important, went we were unloading I didn't see the bigger luggage racks and got a small one, Ketan, who was on the front desk came out and got the big rack for us. He helped us loaded it and pushed it inside while my husband parked the car. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful, our unit was just like the pictures. They had a very nice breakfast.

The breakfast could have been cooked a little longer, the biscuits , gravy and sausage were under cooked.

Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower and water pressure was excellent! The hotel was quiet. Daily housekeeping was good. There was plenty of convenient parking. The only negative was the breakfast which was not good. There were few choices and the muffins and pastries were dry and not appetizing. We ate breakfast out after the first day. Breakfast aside, I would stay here again!
