The rooms were spacious. Everything was pretty clean. The staff was very friendly. Was a good value. The only complaint would be the indoor pool. It smelled like chemicals really bad. I don’t believe it was the fault of the hotel but all the kids peeing in the pool. Don’t recommend the indoor pool. The outdoor pools were clean and my girls enjoyed them tremendously. My family enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Staff there was very kind. Please tip them people! I would definitely recommend for a family friendly budget friendly option. We had the walk in shower which was really nice. They are on the 3rd floor.

Being disturbed by the maid staff at 10:30 to tell me I needed to check out by 11:00. We were well aware of the Check out ti.e and felt like we were being asked to leave early

The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast- wasn't awesome but not bad. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The room was spacious. The location was close to all main attractions and only 10 min from Gatlinburg. Could walk to dixie stampede. Over all a nice stay and I would recommend.

Not the hotel fault- but there is no light getting out or in to the hotel and it's on a two way busy main road. Crossing is dangerous. The pool is really small - not enough parking. One night luckily there were one space left- on the other side of the property from where our room was located..not just this hotel but I think hotels should assign parking space per room#

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of everything and within walking distance to the Mill restaurant and shopping area.

The breakfast was good but I wish there had been more options for meat. Every morning sausage was the only meat that was offered. I've been to other Best Westerns before that have offered a rotation of sausage, bacon, or ham.

It was just a welcome change from an ordinary motel. The room was spacious. So clean and well kept, the property as well. We got trash and towels service, as that was Our request and we got great service even with that simple request. The only Con, "If" can even find one, is that the room coffee is a small machine by the cup. We are coffee drinkers and I asked if we could bring our own coffeemaker and they said no problem. I did not go to breakfast... my friends did, and asked me, if I wanted anything and I told them, "sausage, if they have any" and it was soooo good. My travel friends said breakfast was great! Only a person that could "Nitpick" could complain or find anything wrong with this nice property. I have been going to PF for years and this is the best place I have ever stayed. And I will go back. It so easy to get to where you want to go. Thank you Plaza Inn and Staff for a great stay!

Loved the rooms, they were spacious and the accessibility to everything was extremely nice.

Well it’s not so much as didn’t like but I have a 6 year old niece and you know that kids love to be barefoot. Well she wouldn’t have her shoes off but 10 mins tops and her feet was black as coal. We had conjoined rooms so she was running back and forth but still her feet was black and I didn’t want the bed sheets to be ruined. We stayed in rooms 348 and 349. If the floors are mopped daily her feet shouldn’t be that black. That is and was my only problem with the stay.

We loved having the suite! The fireplace and outside balcony was a nice touch! We enjoyed being on the first floor next to the lovely heated indoor pool. The room was huge with a couch, fireplace, balcony, and tub! It was a nice place to relax after a long day at Dollywood! The breakfast was really good and well appointed. The staff went out of their way to help my husband find and watch the LSU Baseball national championship game! Bonus--LSU won and husband was happy! We ordered in--Texas Rodehouse is directly across the street from the Hotel. Bed was comfortable! We are going to stay here every time we are in Pigeon Forge! Thanks for the good experience!

Not a thing, everything was really nice!

Everything! It was better than Country Cascades Resort!!!! It was clean, comfortable and most staff went above and beyond. I loved the vinyl floors, that was a huge plus. The bed was so comfortable I was able to sleep my whole trip that one night that we stayed there. The breakfast area was a clean and sanitized area. I loved the glove protocol they have in place. They had many options to choose from and the flow seemed nice.

The breakfast did not have alternative meat options for breakfast like other hotels. I eat veggie or turkey and it was only pork. That was a bummer. One front desk clerk seemed like she didn’t want to smile and serve me but other than that everyone was awesome!!

I liked the swimming pool outdoor and indoor

The breakfast was ok. One of the staff should serve food so that people won't touch the serving utensils. I know there was gloves provided, but alot of people wasn't using it.

The pool are was like on a different building not used to that.
