Room was very clean. Lots of cable channels. Kitchenette was great, dishes for 2 were provided in my single queen room on the 3rd floor. Bed was firm, good for me. Good water pressure, spa tub is big enough for 2 and worked great, a/c worked great. Grocery store right next door.

The internet was the worst I've experienced. I got disconnected every few minutes. AT&T thru straight talk didn't have a great signal in this location either. The pool is small and indoors, there were a lot of kids there all the time so I didn't check it out.

Indoor pool was very clean, the staff was amazing. Rooms was very clean as well

The beds are definitely the worst part very uncomfortable and the pillows are hard as a brick

Small Family owned business. The outside looks older but the rooms are really good for the price. We travel with a Autistic Child so the back room with the separation sliding door was perfect for him, to get a good rest. Room was clean and somewhat modernized(usb charging port etc). Clean pool and staff was friendly.

Staff was so friendly!!! It was quiet and comfortable during our stay. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The spa tub was relaxing after a long day. Room was nice a spacious. Dishes for cooking are provided but also you're right by many restaurants. Liked we could also walk to stores and attractions. Definitely will stay again.

Honestly I liked it, but some people could say the rooms are dated as far as style. But honestly I liked it because of that.

For the location and price you can’t beat it. The staff is the best part of staying here and my daughter loves Pepe the parrot in the lobby. Rooms are extra nice and comfortable along with being next door to a grocery store and the exit to Dollywood. My family will stay here as long as it is open. Thank you all for the memories made with my family.

There is nothing to complain about this location. If you want to feel safe and comfortable, this is the place to be.

Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Staff and elevator were great. Always had instant hot water at every sink tub and faucet. Loved that there was a full sized coffee pot and excellent coffee provided. 9

Door lock was a pain. Staff blamed on the weather. No housekeeping for 4 days was a bummer as we had to ask and run down cart for items. Need hooks or towel bars in the bath. Also needed list for TV channels. Even finding the channel guide was hard. Ice machines turned off because of the weather too.

The location is perfect. Right at the end of the busy strip in pigeon forge. Easy to get in and out of and still close enough to walk to a bunch of places. Grocery store right next to it. The old mill is right down the street (a must see) Staff were super friendly. The price was so good I was skeptical of staying here but it was clean, & quiet and exceeded my expectations I would definitely stay here again! The Jacuzzi was a bonus. Perfect. Even for a man that's 6' 4" & 280lbs.

The only complaints I have is the room had a refrigerator with the paint peeling off of it and it looked kind of tacky but I didn't care. The kitchenette is perfect just enough but there is no light over top of the stove I had to use my phone for light to see if what I was cooking was done. Wish they had an outdoor pool since its so hot in the summer months but the indoor pool was the perfect size. If you are expecting five star keep looking but if you want a nice, comfortable, & very reasonably priced place to stay this is definitely worth every penny.

We liked the size of our room and the convenient location. We did not have time to use the indoor pool but it looked clean and inviting. Our room was very clean and had plenty of towels. Parking and elevator access was very easy.

We didn't like having a folding divider instead of a real door to the second bedroom. It lacked total privacy and was noisy to open and close.

I enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen sink. And the traditional coffee pot . I really dislike a Kuregg machine. The towels were great too . It was really nice to have dishes and coffee cups too .We would definately stay again . We would just be sure and bring our own pillows .

We really did not like the pillows. They were too hard . We had trouble sleeping because of it . We had trouble finding the hotel at first because the sign is gone .It will be nice when they get the chance to replace it .

We booked a one night stay after enjoying Dollyood. We were a late check in. Our room was clean and comfortable. The night auditor was friendly and informative at check in. I appreciate the fact that he called us to make sure we were going to be there as we were at Dollywood and arrived late. The property is an older property. We were quite happy with the accommodations. Will definitely stay again.
