I would stay again but depending on ducks and geese migration if I would get in the pool. But over all great hotel.

There were a lot of geese and ducks. the ducks would be in the pool and poop would be in the pool and around the pool. Also a lot of poop in the parking lot. You had to be careful were you walked. But the motel can't do anything about the ducks and geese. So not really there fault but sad that they can't do nothing because of the law in the city about the geese and ducks. But they did clean the pool but of course same thing over and over with the ducks in the pool. I feel sad for this place because it's really nice and clean. And the front desk was so nice and sweet.

The staff was very kind. The price was great and the location is perfect for doing most everything we wanted to do.

It was beginning to get colder at night and we needed to turn on the heater but when we turned it on, it smoked up the room and set off the fire alarm. we could tell it needed to be cleaned out. I have asthma and I couldn’t stand the smell. I asked if the maintenance man could come and blow out the heater but was told that the dust would just burn off the coils. We had to get extra blankets to keep warm because we didn’t want our room to be smoked up. I understand that it had not been turned on for several months and that it does smell but it shouldn’t have smoked as bad as it did. We were afraid it was a Hazzard.

Loved the location and it’s easy access from the main road. The hotel lobby staff was very nice. Loved that there was no carpet but nice laminate floors throughout. Beds slept comfortably however there was a lack of bedding. Loved the patio chairs outs the door!

Rooms were very small—especially the toilet & shower room. Bathroom needs major updates. There was a hole in the tub wall. It was also a free for all when it came to smoking. Seemed as long as you were outside your hotel room door you could smoke which was unpleasant—smoke smell easily seeped into our room.

It's one of the best places we have stayed in Pigeon Forge! The room was SO clean. They have multiple mattress protectors on the bed, and they gave us enough towels without having to ask for extra. Would highly recommend this place, and im looking into booking this again! This hotel is about 6 minutes from dollywood and 2/3 from the Old Mill Restaurant (depending on traffic). The location is amazing. There's an Exxon right beside the hotel that's convenient, and it allows you to go out onto the main parkway or cut back and go to the backroad.

There's a lot of travellodges in Pigeon Forge, so we accidentally pulled into the wrong one at one point during our stay. I usually don't use GPS, I'd recommend using it just so you get the right one! Not being able to turn left towards dollywood if you go the back way through the lot. Once you realize that and can avoid it the next day, it's not a big deal!

very clean, updated very nicely. the room is very big and there's plenty of plugs for your devices. anyone saying there's no where to hang your clothes are mistaken. they have very unique hooks on the wall that will hold your hangers. they don't provide hangers for your. I had my clothes on my own hangers and they hung well from the hooks. it was very quiet there. the beds were AWESOME! I loved them and slept so good every night. that's important so you can enjoy your days seeing the sights. The young man that was on the late shift was very polite, professional and made you feel comfortable if you needed anything or had any questions. will stay here again.

no Kleenex at the bathroom sink. Only thing I kinda missed.

The location was great but just didnt have breakfast there they didnt provide breakfast which was the only downfall knowing how expensive food is there it would be great if you could somehow give out free voucher to go to a pancake rest to eat at they do it at another one where I stayed at I think we would enjoy that especially familys that have alot but other then that it was good be nice also to have washer and dryer there so we can do our laundry and we had to pay for our own ice that was a downfall also so if you could improve that it would be nice having

Having a voucher to go to a pancake house because other hotels do that plus a washer and dryer to use when we come in and a ice machine that you dont have to pay for ice

The Travelodge Motel was an excellent choice for my recent trip to the Smokey Mountains. The location was perfect for visiting Dollywood and exploring the surrounding area. The motel was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The motel also had a great pool, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking and exploring. Overall, I would highly recommend the Travelodge Motel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Smokey Mountains. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are top-notch. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area

you have paid for the ice machine and there was no breakfast option

The location was great. We were given a great rom. Everything was very clean. The mattress was nice and firm. Room was of the renovated ones.

Had to pay a quarter for ice. This was unexpected but we paid it.
