DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas Market Center

Checking in was easy and the staff was very helpful at the front desk whenever I had a question. The morning staff for breakfast were some of the kindest people I have experienced in a hotel and breakfast was always ready at 6 a.m. and hot. They anticipated my needs and each morning remembered me and greeted me with a warm smile. The two bartenders who worked while I was there and ate dinner were fantastic, friendly, and always made sure I had what I needed. I don't drink, so can't comment on the quality of their drinks. Thank you for setting an exceptional standard in hospitality.

Joshua Mach - front desk was fabulous. Friendly and efficient in general, but also went above and beyond. When cookies were not available upon our request he delivered warm ones to our room.

Given that it has been proven above and beyond that contact with inanimate objects does not transfer Covid, continuing to have the norm be no housekeeping as if to protect guests seems disingenuous. Perhaps saying that "we have still having staffing issues, do you want daily housekeeping?" would be better way to present. That being said, we asked for housekeeping every day and it was great.

Everything was very clean and comfortable! My room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the Dallas skyline. I had a disability access room with plenty of space ro move around, and elevators were functional. Staff were super courteous and friendly. I'm under 21, so this was one of the only hotels in Dallas I could stay at, and I don't regret it for a second. Traffic around the area wasn't as bad as I was expecting (minus some construction on the road outside), and it was only a short drive away from my concert venue! Soundproofing was good, I couldn't really hear any of my neighbors. Plenty of parking, so I didn't have to fight for a spot.

The soda machines wouldn't take any cash or change, so I had to go back to my room and get my card, and the first floor I tried was completely sold out of everything. Trash cans are very small.

The staff was outstanding, hats off to them, the amenities are fair the breakfast is good, room had a safe for my valuables. It’s being cleaned constantly through out the day.

The Night Shift staff need training in all areas they seem to not know where anything is or they are either out of that item for example cups, tissue paper, TRASH BAGS! Ext. The parking is limited in the property and the actual building needs restoration, i Had a balcony room and for all my stay I had trouble sleeping because of the whistling caused by air coming in thru the balcony glass door, the ceiling need restoration also the toilet in the rooms!!! They look out of place to be a double tree hotel!

Having the bar available before the restaurant opened was great. Pool area seemed nice. Breakfast was amazing! Having the shuttle available was super handy and the driver was friendly!

Prices of drinks at bar were a little high, and elevator was being worked on so it was really slow. Outdoor area not in the fenced-in area of the pool could use some umbrellas for shade in the afternoon.

I loved the room - bed was extra comfy. The location is prime as it is close to everything that I need to do while in Dallas. The BBQ restaurant across the street provided awesome entertainment that I could see from my balcony.

My AC was not working well. I had to freeze wet towels to keep cool late at night. Sometimes it worked really great, but it seemed to slow down or not push cool air out at night only. Strange.

Location was great to all we needed. I upgraded the room and also received 2 great breakfasts. Also Liked it being a suite as well. More privacy.

Toilet didn't seem it felt like it should of been there. To commercial. The picture above toilet needed tossed. It was in bad shape. Mattress pad on bed felt all the quilting and could tell the mattress needed replaced. For a more higher quality and suite place I felt it was just missing a home feel.

Love the location, the staff, the onsite/gated parking, the cleanliness, the room sizes, the comfy bed, the quietness of the rooms. We're a big fan of this hotel overall!

Do not like the pillows at all. We plan to bring our own next time. The hotel ones immediately sink and go flat when you lay your head on them. Would like more structure to the pillows. Also, wasn't a fan of the volleyball team(s) taking over all of the lobby & bar area. Would've been nice to relax at the bar.

We were in town for the Apperal Market at the Trade Center and the location was perfect! The front desk staff were so kind and helpful .

The bathroom was a bit small compared to other double trees and could of used some updating. But our suite was very nice and roomy.

Everything bit the price

The room was not a $200 room.
