Motel 6 Dallas TX Downtown

The room is extra spacious, it has a balcony as well! The fridge was not working but the staff quickly got it fixed for me. The shower pressure is the best I've experienced at a hotel. The coffee bar in the room is nice as well.

The AC needs to be addressed. In the winter, I'm sure it's fine. In summertime, it's ridiculously hot in the room and my thermostat was set to 69 degrees. I could hear it blowing pretty loudly as well but I couldn't feel anything. I was told that they have central AC for the whole facility, unlike most hotels have a unit in each suite. Their breakfast is not set up on time on some days during the week. I noticed that a certain employee is working when that happens. They need to expand the breakfast options as well. Scrambled eggs and maybe a bagel would be a huge improvement. The OJ and Apple juice taste fresh, which was nice.

The people r great here. There's one guy who wks there who is extremely polite and tends to ur every need. Overwhelmingly he should be promoted to manager. But if he reads this he will know it's him cuz I always tease him about being manager

The price especially since I stay there frequently. I believe there just trying to compete w Baymont. Cuz the price range is only ten bucks cheaper however the motel 6 has no swimming pool it's indoor as well but that's a big downfall for these guys. Everybody loves to swim the Baymont has an awesome indoor pool and Jacuzzi for the rate they charge is extremely just. But motel 6 cannot compete e Baymont and should lower there prices way cheaper.

I love the pool. It's always so clean and amazingly warm. Their breakfast is always great. And I love the location. We always book here bc it's close around everything we need.

Their rooms are nice but they really have to do better with the upkeep of the rooms. Their was old food in our fridge. We did ask them to clean it and they removed the food but failed to clean it. That was fine bc we were there for only 1day. I also wish they had microwaves in all the rooms. But this doesn't stop me from going back to them. If they make the changes with the cleaning than everything will be awesome.

I enjoyed my stay a lot - before check in they stored my bag - which helped me a lot sightsee Dallas. The room was very clean and spacious - the AC was Ok. It's not in the very center but you can get there easily within 45 minutes - I recommend this place to everybody!!!

I missed the coffee maker - but it was not on the facilities list so I knew about it.

The room was large and the bed was extra comfy! The balcony is great. I can see most of the beautiful downtown skyline at night. The shower water pressure was super awesome.

The air conditioning is NOT good. I had to use wet towels on my forehead to be able to cool down enough to go to sleep. This needs to be fixed asap. I stay here often and all the rooms I have had have the same issue. The mini fridge was also not working.

The outside looked a little run down, but the inside was updated and extremely clean. The place was quiet, the curtains left the room dark. Location for American Airlines Center was perfect.

Staff was hard to understand. Parking could use some renovations

The room was very large and comfortable. Excellent grab and go breakfast. The shower had very good pressure and hot water. I have very long hair and this was a nice surprise. Several eating places well within walking distance. We also were able to walk to American Airlines Center which took about 25 minutes (sidewalks all the way). Will definitely be staying here again. Plenty of free parking available.

I liked everything about this property.

Very good location. Close to downtown area.

Was not notified of the change over from Best Western to Motel 6. Reservation was lost in the change. No breakfast served at this time. I think things will get better in the months to come.

Having a hot breakfast in the morning was awesome.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. The rooms were hot and it made it difficult to sleep. Wish there was an option for late checkout. We were staying at the hotel with my family and I get off work at 4PM. There was no place for my family to stay until I got off work unless I wanted to pay for another night.

Good overall hotel with nice pool and decent breakfast. Good staff.. Good value. Liked the pool very much,

The rooms look worn and run down and are in need a good update ... could use a full renovation.
