I loved the property! Great staff and very clean

1. During check in it was an issue because I booked with booking.com. After almost 30-35 minutes the confusion was the staff at the front desk realized all they had to do was use the same payment again since the hotel only charged for one day. 2. Housekeeping kept waking us up before 9:00am after leaving the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the day. 3. We had to call maintenance everyday while there because our television wasn't working properly. The only conclusion they came up with is to move to another room at 2:00am after being unpacked and comfortable.

Amazing artwork throughout. The decor makes for an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. We loved the little details, even down to the red faucets in the shower. The furniture was so beautiful as well! We will be back.

The staff was not as kind or helpful as I’d hoped for a 4 star hotel. The lady at the front desk upon check in insisted I had not already paid- we went back and forth until she finally saw on her computer, that I had indeed pre-paid. That was frustrating and could have been handled much better. The barista at the coffee shop was also not the kindest, we had to greet her since she couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge us first. Not to sound uptight, but when you pay so much for a nice hotel experience, I expect a kind and helpful staff along with that price.

I feel like if you paying all that money to stay there you should at least get something accommodated like breakfast

Valet team is outstanding, the head of valet James is one of the most professional guys I've ever worked with; he even arranged for a free hand detail of my Mclaren because it got a little dusty from the construction. I was totally blown away by his professionalism and how much the whole team took care of my car, and made me feel like family every time I came back. Whoever is doing the staff training at Virgin is absolutely killing it. Will definitely be back.

A few hiccups in their room service ordering system, had a few orders go through hours later and one double charge on my room bill. The overall experience made up for it, but virgin definitely needs to iron out these issues, especially the double charges! So if you stay here check your bill closely.

Valet was fast, on point, friendly. Front staff were lovely and helped with our questions. We attended the burlesque show at the Common Club, we will be back again and again. The food was fall/Halloween inspired, IG worthy from every angle. Waiter was so sweet and worked great during show. The dancers were PERFECT so beautiful and the show was artistic, tasteful, and a full crowd of all types of people. We went to the party at the Pool Club afterwards, check in was fast we got in free with our stay. DJ was playing a mix of tunes, plenty of room to dance, chat, sit down. Our room has been the comfiest room we’ve been in so far. Bed really is the BBE. Great view, shower and vanity were luxurious, room amenities have you hooked even with a yoga mat. Great mini bar and snack bag in room. No noise heard from outside. The interior designer of this hotel is a FLAWLESS creator. I enjoyed every inch of art, color, and detail this hotel had. The pool and hottub are heated nicely with a garden and beautiful view. Hands down both our favorite hotel now. Will be trying the cruises next.

Absolutely nothing!

I liked everything about it clean, friendly... from the room to the staff and the food was actually everything!

I didn't like how windy it was. Wanted to really enjoy the view. Of course, this is nothing you could have helped... however the patio door wouldn't lock. Although I was on the 6th floor... Paying over 2000 for two nights. Feeling safe is important. One other thing me and the wife would have enjoyed having a long/full body mirror... a must!

loved the subtle English touches. Everything was clean and inviting. All of the staff were warm and receptive. Enthusiastic to help and offer assistance.Great amenities in the room, and thoughtfully designed.

The location around the hotel is a bit dead. We did enjoy that it was quiet. Did find a little coffee café nearby which was a nice little walk around the area.

The room is exceptionally wonderful. We never close our blinds, but the room stays dark enough to sleep. We love the room.

The dinner selection wasn't extensive. The food was great based on selection burger is really the best choice for us. As we as the drinks from the bar.

we were in the very end of the hall and heard the wind blowing all night and morning . sounded like construction. Other friends staying did not have the same problem as us. it was out location unfortunately. will definitely stay again but will request to not be at the very end

elegant and access to a lot of the hotel’s amenities such as the pool with the bar, nice gym, restaurant was nice as well! EVEN THE ELEVATORS SMELLED GOOD LOL! wish we could have stayed longer.

Some amenities were expensive drinks, food, and drag show BUT to be expected at such an upscale hotel. ONE MAIN PROBLEM I HAD was simply the no microwaves in the rooms
