It was clean and close to everything. We drove 5 hours to attend the Midieval Times and the welcoming and friendliness of the receiving staff made it a nice arrival. Nick, the friendly assistant manager, checked us in and gave us a nice room in “the basement” or did he mean the dungeon?! LOL. His funny sense of humor made our day! The best part of this hotel, which we didn't know was we could literally walk over to the Midieval Times castle as it shared the same fence.

It was a little difficult to find as it was hidden towards the back of the cluster of hotels in the same complex.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. When asked how to get around town, one staff member actually offered to take us where we wanted to go. Beds were comfortable, and overall, the hotel is very clean. Not the fanciest of places, but exactly what we needed. Will definitely stay again. Only 1 1/2 miles from American Airline center!!

The hot breakfast bar wasn't the greatest, but overall, it's a pretty decent variety for the cost of the room. I'm really not complaining, but if I have to name something I didn't like, this is the only thing.

The staff was amazing! Very engaging and helpful to travelers.

Some of the carpet seemed dated. It was clean and in great shape, just not very 2023. Small, first world critique. But this was the only draw back. The heat was intense but that's not a hotel correctable event.

The rooms and the property were clean and well maintained. Did not have any issues with our room. The hotel is a good proximity to the highway for easy access.

The prices of the snacks are really high. The pillows need to be replaced. They had no fluff in them and deflated as soon as you laid on them.

Not so bad but the breakfast was too basic, could do with variety and fruits would be a great start.

The bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked amazing, staff was very nice and professional!

Paying for parking, and having to still search for a spot only to find 1 barely ampthy spot. People taking up.2 spots made it near impossible to get into parking.

The staff was so helpful, kind and friendly. The room and facility was so clean! The breakfast was hot and delicious with a great variety! Location was close to shopping a reatauranta! Wonderful experience!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. It isn't amazing but isn't awful. Staff were kind and helpful, the pool was nice, as was having a gym. Breakfast was fine. I'd stay again.

THE STAFF MADE THE PROPERTY!!! If you see an employee there, they are the best! Rooms immaculate, but the STAFF is awesome!!!

Everything! Conveniently located and is CLEAN!! And don’t forget THE STAFF!!

The beds were comfortable. The shower was great. The breakfast choices were good, they had oat milk.

The location, while convenient to restaurants and car hire companies, was noisy at night.
