Downtown location was great. Nice, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds.

Coffee shop on premises was not run well. No food, understaffed, I paid for sandwich, they didn’t have it so I had a pastry. No burritos, no refund etc. I didn’t fuss because there was a long line. We maybe should’ve tried the restaurant.

excellent fitness facility & location. nice closets w plenty of hangers, rainfall shower head and nice bathroom

pool was too cold to enjoy. sheets didn’t fit the bed, kept coming off and there we SO many layers of covers. no refrigerator. we were told no room service from the grill & vine restaurant ?

Breakfast was good but wasn't free had to pay extra per day

Just the hassle of getting bathroom paper had asked for some twice and didn't get either time had to buy down the street.

Love the hotel in General and I love the size of my king bed suite!

it was so beautiful! the room and hotel were super neat and clean l! the staff was amazing! i got upgraded for our anniversary and it’s literally the most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in! I’m coming back for my birthday later this year. the show was Devine! this place gets 20 stars for me

I enjoyed my stay, they could work on the prices of items on the menu and like bottles of champagne, completely price gauging but all in all it was a nice stay. I would go back. I would also like more upgrade abilites, also paying for WiFi, breakfast and parking is a bit much, include that as a complimentary item.

I did not like have to pay for wifi. I did not like having to pay for parking and the valet broke an item in my car and tried to hide it. I wish there were more deals especially on food.

Location, ambience, comfortable room and bed, coffee and tea in the room, pool.

Food menus should list everything that comes in the dish. I ordered steak and frites because i didn’t see anything resembling dairy on the description, but the corn came with something on top that looked like cheese so i didn’t touch the corn. Even when I advise of food allergies some people will get it wrong, so detailed description would save both mine and yours time and money… wish places would make more of an effort to offer dairy free or vegan options since its a very common intolerance.

Rachel was amazing. She guided me through everything I needed to know. She even helped me set up a Bonvoy account.

Awesome location, awesome rooms. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the Fourth of July for the weekend. The staff upgraded our room to a lovely suite for us to celebrate our special day. We stayed on the 27th floor with a pretty good view, but nothing beat our stay in the upgraded suite. We’ll most likely book again when we visit Dallas again.
