The hotel was converted from an office building so many of the rooms do not have any kind of a view outside. it was difficult to tell whether it was even raining or not.

The location is right in the middle of downtown Dallas, and across the street from The Exchange so there's a ton of food options easily walked to. Bus stops and Greyhound are close by. The attached coffee shop is wonderful as well. But what truly makes me happy is how quiet it's been the times I've stayed here. I'm an insomniac, and I haven't woken up from noise once. Even the nearby traffic is muffled well.

The rooms are dated, and not in a charming, vintage way. I've seen cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the furniture that all look to be from the 90s have obvious wear and tear. The temperature is warm and stuffy no matter what you do, so be prepared for that if you're like me and sleep hot. Most pressing is the fact that I've seen a long, dark hair on the bath tub in one room, been missing a bar of soap in another, and both had dusty walls. It makes you wonder how tended to the rooms really are after each checkout.

The staff was super helpful, the room was large and had everything we needed. It was located in the heard of downtown making it super easy to walk anywhere. We were there for NCA and it was a 4 minute walk to the convention center. The AT&T plaza thing was super neat, and the exchange food area made dining easy. The Flying horse coffee shop downstairs and through the lobby had excellent coffee.

Not really the hotels fault, but the city noise was easily heard 15 floors up. Cars revving engines to hear their echos off the buildings friday and saturday night got old, pretty quickly. People staying at neighboring hotels had the same issues.

He loved the bathroom , the building is beautiful. The facilities clean. The location perfect. The staff friendly. It was a shame there was no where to eat within the hotel or for room service. However having booked it for my son, I felt he was in a safe, historical and central setting . I only wish I had the fortune to visit there myself. The room was competitively priced too and I was happy to have been able to find the room at short notice. Maybe one day I will visit the opulent and faded glamour of a bygone age.

The view from my room at 22th floor was great and made my staying there more enjoyable. Also the hotel lobby is nice. Across the street there are some nice bar’s and restaurants, and a nice coffee shop just few metres away.

The entrance in the room is very dark and the lights were not working. Also, there are few homeless people around and you need to really take care into that area if you’re a solo traveler girl.

Staff was friendly, courteous and responsive. They accommodated our request to change room immediately and apologized for the problems we noticed.

The elevators need more frequent cleaning due to the high level of traffic, especially during events. The outside windows of the rooms were probably cleaned years ago. The mattresses are worn and sag. There was not enough towels in the room for two people.

I loved everything about this hotel and would come back again. The hotel location was amazing, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Just a beautiful area.

I am not happy with Booking.com customer service. I tried to adjust my stay multiple times and could not reach anyone. I even paid for the flexibility of adjusting my reservation but of course if you need to do that nobody can help you and nobody responds.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I believe because of the freeze a month prior a lot of areas were blocked off. The longe wasn't open- not sure if it was because of Covid or damage to the property from the freeze. The location is perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The view from our room, the room was very nice and clean, AC worked great and would get cold. Staff was very friendly and I loved that they allow pets without making you feel like it’s an inconvenience to have a pet stay.

only dislike I would say is that they did not have enough luggage carts available. valet said that hotel guest would use them and not return them. So it was a little frustrating to have to carry all our luggage and pet kennel while valet was trying to rush to park our car, as we were trying to check in and out the hotel And arriving/leaving our room.

Beautiful hotel, great location in downtown Dallas, clean comfortable room, pleasant staff.

Not hotel's fault but a lot of homeless people outside hotel and in area. No information on tourist attractions/sights in area or maps in lobby not everyone has smartphones.
