Great views, and exceptional pillows Excellent tv.

Bad coffee in the room, bad refills, (they did not include sugar or mixer. The screen in the bathroom did not work, I could not get it running, neither my phone nor tv. It's really bad that you have to pay for your internet, either fast or regular every day!

Friendless— staffs at the lobby, in the restaurant and cleaning people are friendly. Lobby-looks nice

Cleanness—mold in the shower room. A lot of mold on the curtain when we first stepped in. We call the lobby, the staff came quickly and changed the whole curtain for us. I found there is no ventilation in the bathroom room. That’s why it has mold. Smell— once you open the door, some kind of paint smell came to you, and the smell stay in there forever. Maybe they just painted something or changed something. Noisy— Every night we hear some people racing cars on the road outside OMNI, it was so noisy. And the window is single not double, so can not separate the noise too much.

The internet connection wasn’t great!

The check-in experience was fantastic, as the staff warmly greeted us with exceptional friendliness. We loved the view from our room. The blackout curtains, the stylish decor, and the convenience of having restaurants and shops on-site enhanced our stay. Additionally, the gentleman outside the elevators was incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout our visit.

The outlets by the bed didn’t work properly. The hair dryer didn’t work and we had to ask twice for them to bring a new one, we ran out of toilet paper and also had to ask twice. Every other need was met exceptionally well though, so these inconveniences didn’t put a major dent in our overall experience.

We were staying here for the first time and they put us on an upper floor where the view was fantastic. It was also cool to have a TV within the bathroom mirror, had not seen that feature before in other hotels. The staff was really good, very nice and helpful, they also comped us some drink tickets for our first stay

The valet fee is pretty steep at about $40 so it discourages one from taking out their car very much. The self-park option is similarly expensive.

The property was beautiful

The supervisor on duty for valet was very RUDE, instead of showing a visitor the correct way of doing things he seems the type to try to throw around his title and talk to you any kind of way. He had grayish hair and was about 5 ‘5 with a yellow shirt on. He advised my husband rudely he had to move , he never took in consideration we were checking in and valet parking he just keep rudely saying you have to move . Once we were approached by more respectable people he wanted to come and be nice . No Thanks he makes visiting people not want to come again

Location is perfect!

Pool area was great! Elevators were super fast. Parking was close and convenient. Great views from. Our room and pool area!!! Beautiful at night!!

There was no vent in the bathroom, so it was so hot and steam filled. Things were rusty on the counter in the bathroom. I also found a baggy between the wall and vanity left from guests before us. There was no type of snack or food option after 11pm. Not even a vending machine somewhere. I got in late and just wanted something to eat quick before I went to sleep.
