Hilton Garden Inn DFW North Grapevine

I didn’t try out all the amenities, but the location was good, easy to find the general area, a little more difficult to figure out how to get to the hotel within the parking lot/ other businesses. I did really like how close it was to historic Grapevine, that was quite a nice treat

The maids did great, but the customer interacting staff were not as welcoming as I expected, but was on par with my other recent stays in other large cities in the US. No one was rude, just not as friendly as I expected. There were tornado sirens during my stay, and I felt more could have been done to prepare the guests- I got back to the hotel and they had already been going off for a while- a sign at the elevators about what to do in such a situation would have helped, as Dallas is no stranger to tornadoes, but some of the other guests were confused about what was happening.

The location was perfect. We had to attend a dance competition and it was easy to access and return back to the hotel.

When housekeeping came to pick up the dirty towels they only left 1 large bath towel. There were 2 adults. Why wouldn't they had left 2 latlrge bath towels? My sister was staying across the hall. Her son was in the shower and she went downstairs to get more towels. Whoever was at the counter told her she would send housekeeping up and couldn't give her towels? They never came up to bring the towels. We walked downstairs to the 1st floor and had to grab 2 towels off the housekeeping cart. I dont think that was very helpful or that person never told housekeeping?

being overcharged by Hilton Garden Inn my rate for booking.com was different from the higher amount I was being charged through Hilton app and amount withheld from my account was more. Also the location was difficult to find but that isn’t Hilton Garden Inn fault. The problem was with GPS and the crazy road system here in DFW. If you come to this property put the Texas Gun Experience Dallas Fort Worth in your GPS and you will have no problem because it is across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn.

Breakfast is good, would be nice if it were a little cheaper. Did better outside the facility. Not much to walk around but safe neighborhood. Close to wedding venue and facility was very accommodating to all our guests. We had the suite which was lovely.

Good location and clean facilities. indoor pool for the grandkids was fun.

there was a fireplace in the lobby and our granddaughter ran over and touched the glass, getting blistering burns on several of her fingers. the desk clerk witnessed it and did nothing. seems like some kind of warning or picture on the glass would be helpful to warn children of the danger.

I had some concerns with the gentleman that checked me in, as the hotel was already covered and I stood there for approximately 20 minutes until he figured out the room was covered. I offered to give him my confirmation number, he said it would not help him to know if the payment was covered

We chose not to eat breakfast while we were here so I cannot rate that part of it but the beds were comfortable, the pillows were great, it was quiet, the room was nice and clean and it was ln a great area. Staff was friendly from check in to check out and we enjoyed our stay. Will stay here again!

We have no complaints about this hotel, everything was great!

The shuttle service from the airport was awesome! From the first phone call the front desk attendant, Nicholas was kind and patient. He made sure I knew where to go and wait for the shuttle. The drivers both to and from hotel were also patient and kind.

The property was very clean.

The shuttle service is only ran and available during the daytime. We were forced to use an Uber because 4:30am was too early for the shuttle service. Considering the location proximity to the airport it should be available on call at all hours or ran 24 hrs.

The man that checked me in late night was exceptional service and incredibly friendly. I witnessed another interaction with guests and he was fun and energetic.
