Property is in good shape and it is located near the landmarks in the downtown. Breakfast is wonderful. Many options to choose. The whole property is clean. Laundry is available for an extra fee.
The price of the room is competitive but make sure you read before you book it that they do not offer free parking. They charge almost $40 a day. They also charge extra fee every time you used the car. It makes this hotel very expensive in total price.

The staff was really friendly and exceedingly helpful. They were above excellent!
The thought of being expected to pay $40 per day to park!!! That outrageous!!! There should be reserved spaces for your guests and charge maybe $20 per day a more reasonable price. The breakfasts were not that good, not like your Manvel, Tx location which had stellar food. It was advertised that your hotel was directly on the Riverwalk and that's not quite true. It's a bit of a walk to get to the Riverwalk from your hotel. The lighting was very poor inside the bedroom, very difficult to try to read by. The room was so, so small. The door to the bathroom offered no real privacy, so private moments were impossible!!!

It was perfect tbh. Staff was very accommodating. They helped us with every one of our issues with no problem. breakfast was delicious. Staff was so amazing and i appreciate everything g they did for us. i would definitely stay here again.
The only issue we had was out console not connecting to the tv. They tried helping us and it didn’t work so we tried another room. it worked. they gave us the other room at no cost. Very nice staff. Another small issue was that our room was a LITTLE dirty. It looked like the lady who had cleaned it just a few minutes prior just did it fast and didn’t care. Again, wasn’t a big issue. Just a little bit of stuff on the floor and towels not folded. That was okay. we just got fresh towels and cleaned up after ourselves. it wasn’t too bad.

Hotel was a hidden gem off the beaten path. The historic pieces of the hotel were so neat to see! Great breakfast, lots of gluten-free options for me and vegetarian options for my coworker. Bar in the attached restaurant was awesome, wish we had time to enjoy the authentic Indian food-it looked delicious! Beds were comfy and just what we needed after days of walking all over the city. Staff was approachable, friendly and accommodating.
The scent machine was overpowering.

It was a very clean and well maintained hotel. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. It had a microwave, refrigerator and a large TV. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
The room was on the smaller side and didn't have anyplace to lay you things out. There weren't many places to eat close by, we were on foot and you had to walk several blocks for a meal. I was expecting to be on the Riverwalk but it is a five or six block walk.

The location for all hot spots of down town just 2 blocks down, hot breakfast and cool rooms
It was the 4th of July weekend so I knew housekeeping would be short staffed, so first room we get to the bed wasn’t made and the room was tiny, front desk switched me to a bigger room, but that one had no shower curtain. At this point we were tired from traveling so I just called it good. Valet parking @ $42 a day

Customer service for better after I was initially ignored by the lady at the front desk
Loooooooooooooots of construction!!!! The lady at the front desk also said DON'T STAY DOWN TOWN IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR PARKING!!!! $31+TAX AND FEES A DAY!!! It's better than trying to find a lot...the lots are misleading PLEASE READ!!! $15/2 HOURS .... No housekeeping!!! when I went to get my points for bypassing housekeeping VIA MANY SIGNS POSTED BUT bc a sign was posted ONLY at the front desk about no housekeeping,I WASN'T ABLE TO GET MY POINTS

The location is excellent as it is easily walking distance to the Alamo and the Riverwalk, where there are many places to eat and drink. The staff were very friendly and check-in/out was very quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was complimentary to all guests and there was a good variety of foods available. The Texas shaped waffles were a lovely touch! The room and bathroom were both good sizes and very comfortable. There was even a coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge in the room, too! It was very comfortable, especially after walking all day.
Everything was great, I had no issues or complaints.

If you’re looking for a decent place to sleep that’s in a great location within walking distance to the river walk, this place is great for the price. This is a historic building built in 1914, so everything is small, but for 2 people it’s fine. We were out most of the day and just came back at night. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, we had a fridge and microwave, decent bathroom. It was just what we needed, and you can’t beat the price. We would definitely stay here again.
If you’re looking for a big continental breakfast, they don’t have that right now due to COVID, but that’s not their fault. They do have a small breakfast though.

The location is great. Just a few blocks away from everything that my wife and I liked to do.
The bathroom door was a sliding door; very similar to a barn door. It left a gap around the perimeter of the door jam. Light, sounds and smells escape the bathroom and fill the rest of the hotel room. Any travel partners that may be with you will have an intimate knowledge of your bodily functions. Also, the single-ply toilet paper is possibly the cheapest on the planet. I got in touch with my inner self.
