Enjoyed the valet parking- despite the price tag. They are quick and convenient. Pool and hot tub were good, exercise room was as well. All the staff save one person were very very nice, friendly, and helpful! They are doing something right in management here. Very comfy beds and quiet rooms aside from Sunday night.

Rooms weren’t exceptionally clean. There was someone else’s scrunchie in the corner next to our bed during the entire week stay. Due to the humidity none of the towels would dry so we had to get new towels daily. Counter top was never cleaned/wiped off and bathroom floor was sticky until I cleaned it after three days with a wash cloth. Didn’t get new ice bags a couple of times. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Watery oatmeal and refried beans are just not for everyone. Same food, no real selection. I get it- most don’t stay a week.

The staff were amazing! Every single one went out of their way to make us feel welcome, to help and go the extra mile. All very friendly and happy to share local knowledge with some great recommendations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, great and thoughtful facilities in very comfortable, spacious room with lovely furnishings. Valet team were also great. Brilliant breakfast with lovely food and a wide range of products available. Really made to feel at home in SA. Will be back on our next trip. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you all, you guys are getting this absolutely right.

Absolutely nothing!

The staff was very pleasant, room was clean and spacious. It is a quick walk to the Alamo, River Walk, Mall and several stores. Check in and out was easy. The valet staff were great too. I wish all of them had their picture on the tip app as I had to go back in later and try to tip, but fear I missed someone as I couldn't recall their name (and there was a not a picture). Overall we were very happy with our stay.

The first night which was a week night was great - quiet and comfortable. The second night (Friday) I was kept awake by the loud music of a club located down the street (I found this out when I called the desk at 1:30am). Unfortunately I had to be up for a flight at 3am and had a long day of flying/driving, so only getting about 2 hrs of sleep was rough. I know this isn't the hotels specific problem, but it did impact our stay. The hot tub happened to be down as well which was a bummer, but I understand it happens. The neighborhood towards the Alamo was nice, going a few blocks the other direction was a bit sketchy - so we tried to avoid that area.

Great location close to the Alamo. The facilities were good and the place was clean. Breakfast was above average for a hotel and my wife loved the waffles. The breakfast fruit was also good too.

The was an incidental fee of approximately $22 a night which is fine but this was not explained at check in. We checked later about why we were charged $88 more than our booking.com rate and another staff member said there was only a $40 fee and they weren't sure about the other $48. Later a third staff member said the $88 was the incidental fee for 4 nights and if there was no issues we would get that refunded. It's not a big problem just it felt like few staff knew about the fee.

Great location, place, and staff. One can easily walk to touristic areas. Price (not including parking) was the best available.

Private parking was actually only valet parking costing $32. If you plan to stay there you can park on nearby streets or parking lots provided by the local government.

Everyone was so nice from check in to check out. We especially want to mention Christian. He was so kind and went out of his way to make our stay exceptional. At one point, I had an accident and had fallen out of the shower. They went out of their way to make sure I was OK and that we had a non skid bath mat so it wouldn't happen again. All of the valet staff were wonderful as well. The kindness that they all showed us was very appreciated!

Good value for the price in a convenient location. Riverwalk is very close within walking distance. The bed was super comfortable and the room and bathroom were super clean! If walking is not your cup of tea, an uber or taxi can take you quickly to The Pearl and it's only 15 min. drive to the airport!

Breakfast could be tastier but pretty OK considering the price. Perhaps including more variety in fruits could give extra points for guests staying more than one night

Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast with many options to choose from. Nothing fancy, but you have enough and it's good quality. Very good beds (we stayed in 4). Very good shower and clean bathroom. There's a fridge in the room (essential for us with kids).

You have to pay $30 a day for parking. The service is good, they bring the car to you just by sending a text to a number, as many times as you want, but I was not expecting to have to pay for private parking.

Breakfast was great, staff were helpful and friendly and polite. We loved happy hour bartender. He made delicious margaritas!!!

No shuttle to airport, however the Via number 7 bus takes you to airport and it was a couple blocks from hotel. Your prices for bottle water and snack bar were higher than RiverWalk which were outrageous!

We traveled on December '22, in a very busy week. This hotel has a convenient location, just across The Alamo so you can walk to the main attractions, but still be away from all the noise. Our room was clean and neat, housekeepers were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast area is a bit small but food was delicious.
