Great location. Not far from down. Good breakfast. Employees were nice.

Lights in the room were set up weird. The main light above the bed had it's switch all the way by the door so you had to get up to turn it off. The prices of items in the little goods store in the lobby. I know, hotel stuff is always gonna have an up charge but I bought a bottle of Dr pepper, an ice cream bar and 1 hot pocket and it cost $18! Definitely not buying things from hotels again. The bed was pretty hard. Especially for someone like me with back issues it definitely didn't help after long days in the city.

Location very convenient. Good solid breakfast and variety. Room was good size for a family of 4. Having the sink area separate from the bathroom was helpful. I liked having the separate area with the couch and desk.

Parking was more than expected considering that there is no self-park option so it felt like we had no choice but to use the valet parking. The line for the waffle makers was very long both days so we did not get to benefit. There were several makers though so I would recommend spreading them out to form 2 lines .

Location. Within reasonable walking distance from the Alamodome, which is why we came to San Antonio. Valet attendees were very professional and nice.

Valet parking advertised at $25/day but we were charged $32/day. Room for second night was more than it was for first night and this not the quote I was given through app. I ended up paying more for the stay without any reason or notice. No hand soap for bathroom or dish soap for kitchen sink available.

I loved the location, cleanliness, breakfast, overall excellent stay, recommended for kids, great price.

Of course the pay for parking was a little over the top especially for just a regular night.

Loved that the receptionist at check in acknowledged our Anniversary and provided with a complimentary wine bottle. It was a great touch. The room was clean and very spacious.

There was no free parking within the hotel. We had to pay an additional $30 a night for valet/parking. The Netflix or extra apps on TV stated that they should be working but they would not connect to the wifi so we weren't able to use. Breakfast was not the greatest.

I loved how friendly the staff was. When I first checked in, they gave me so much information on the best things to do in the area with my kids and even gave me coupons to the Crocker Tavern which was delicious! The hotel was walking distance to so many places and I loved it!

I love how comfortable everything was. Even the staff, everyone was nice and helpful. Next time my husband and I will try the hotel bar and gym, both looked very relaxing. Pool and jacuzzi was great. Nice variety breakfast. Good distance to the Riverwalk and shops. There was a convention we didn't know about this weekend so it was so fun seeing the cosplayers on the Riverwalk! Our first of many staycations and this set a great tone. Thank you!

I think valet was expensive. I wish there was dinner for room service.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Had a few issues with stuff working in the room and the staff fixed or replaced the issues immediately. The breakfast was delicious. Would honestly have rated this place lower if not for the amazing staff.

The room could have been cleaned better. There was a film of dust or grime on most things. Discovered that a door frame was recently stained and still wet, luckily not staining my cosplay. Parking is 30$ per night.

The room, hotel and facilities in general were all very clean. The room was nice and comfortable, and the microwave and mini fridge were convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location was excellent, within walking distance from the Riverwalk and Alamo. And my kids loved the heated pool and hot tub and 24 hour gym.

The water was kind of soft and had that slippery feel. It got a little warm in the room at night despite turning down the thermostat. I couldn't find any sheets for the sofa bed. You could hear noise from the street at times despite being on the 6th floor. None of these were bothersome enough to complain or keep me from staying here again.

Good breakfast . Good location . Room was clean . The front desk girl could work in her hospitality a little bit more though .

I don’t like the valet parking . It’s very inconvenient! And we don’t carry cash around for that either. Wish it could be self parking with valid tickets or something .
