The staff was amazing! The housekeeping staff was so friendly and helpful! Front desk was fabulous and Crystal in the breakfast area was fabulous!!

It’s really noisy by the freeway So better sound proofing walks and bottled water in rooms would help

Staff was very friendly since the moment we arrived. I was a bit on the fence about location and having to use valet parking but once we arrived and checked in, valet staff and front desk were very helpful at helping us with concerns we had. Location turned out to be extremely convenient as well. Definetly recommend this place! Also, the room was very clean anad cozy. Will return if needed.

From the moment we walked in we were greated by super friendly staff. Anita checked us in and was super friendly. They had a very nice open lobby that had foosball table and family board games and coloring area. perfect for familys to order pizza and speend time together. There was a maintenance man cleaning at all in the lobby to make sure it was a clean safe place. The rooms are simple but very clean. Bathrooms were nice and clean they had good shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you forget to pack it. The beds were comfortable. They have a snack shop at the front desk 24 hrs a day perfect for a quick drink or snack and super convenient. I honestly didn't have any issues with my visit once so ever. When I say the staff super friendly i mean every staff member I encountered greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello.

I wouldn't say it was something I didn't like but maybe your suggestion. I would like a small coffee pot in room as well as a small microwave although they serve coffee 24 hours a day downstairs.

The room was great. Love the simplicity of the design and it was tech savvy. It looked very clean in the room. I loved the notes everywhere letting us know just how clean, it did give me a little peace of mind at least in the room.

No one let us know hot breakfast was no longer being included because of covid, even after we expressed a little excitement about free breakfast the night before when we checked in. Its understandable why but a warning would have been nice. But they also had none of the cold breakfast stocked an hour before it ended so we had to go to dennys a few blocks away anyway. They also did not enforce masks. There were large groups in the lobby that were not eating or drinking that didn't have their masks on and no one did anything about it. One of the workers didn't have their mask on correctly over their nose either so no surprise there. One guy was good hospitality wise but not the a lady that was behind the counter.

We really thought the staff was outstanding. Justin was the gentleman at the front desk, who was very nice, made us feel very welcomed and helped us with restaurant recommendations on two occasions. He recommended Rosita's for Mexican food and Pinkerton's for barbeque. The food and drinks we had at both restaurants was OUTSTANDING. Thank you, Justin! Brittany was at the front desk when we were checking out and she was also so nice and professional. She made us feel very welcome. Our group stayed in three rooms and, unfortunately, each bill had a discrepancy on it. Britany willingly made the adjustments so I am hoping that the adjusted price will appear correctly on our credit card bills. Thank you, Brittany! The breakfast bar looked very delicious, stocked and clean but we did not actually eat due to our schedules. We were there for my grandson's graduation from the Air Force basic training at Lackland Air Force Base so our schedule was very busy. Parking is challenging but the hotel offers valet parking. There is also street parking (if you are lucky to get a spot) and a pay parking lot adjacent to the hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. There was a loud heating/air conditioning noice in one of the rooms but Justin willingly relocated my son and his wife to another room. Thank you, Justin! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I guess the only thing I didn't like was the discrepancies we found on our bills at check out. However, Brittany willingly made the adjustments. Thank you, Brittany!

The breakfast was very good with lots of food choices. The hotel was located in a central area to access different attractions such as museums and the River Walk and River Center Mall

I was NOT happy at all with the parking situation. The website for the property said YES there was parking. When I was checking in I found out that there was NO parking for the property. The options were to pay $32 a day or walk about a block to park in a city parking lot and pay a daily fee to park there!

Fine breakfast. Could be a little more healthy. Great location. Comfortable room-air conditioning, beds. Built in suitcase racks, which I have always desired!! Hooks, easy clothes rod. Modern look, decor.

More frequent cleaning-like when requested. More towel hooks in bathroom. The water runs all over the floor from the shower.

Was not happy that when I asked if a room switch was available, I wasn't informed that my initial price that I booked at would not be transferred as well. My bill reflected that, and I was not happy about it. Also no towel holders in the bathroom

Hotel newly remodeled, clean and very confortable. Hotel room was very confortable as well, very quiet, since our room was located on the one way road side where there was no traffic. The hotel provided a breakfast bag, because of the COVID-19 restrictions, so I can't really rate this part.

The valet parking was a bit pricey, but the public parking around the hotel was quite expensive as well. The staff wasn't so friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very nice, clean. We didnt get to eat breakfast cus we had to get on the road. The location was very close to the riverwalk.

The gal who checked us in was very blah..didnt smile at all. The parking was horrible. No where to park unless its across the street in a paid parking lot. Or if your lucky to park by the only 2 meters on the side of the street next to the hotel.
