Location was our main concern, room was very clean! Staff was friendly,coffee was fresh every time, we really enjoyed being in there, next time we go to San Antonio we are going to the same place, the red roof is our favorite!

We couldn’t use the pool, it would be great if is breakfast there too! I was in the north part elevator and I noticed someone was smoking inside! And the last day we were there I noticed some trash out by the front door and an empty pallet in the coffee room just laying there from the night before, it wasn’t safe!

It's an older building, but you can tell there were some renovations and still quite clean. Mattresses were comfortable (had a good night's sleep), rooms and restrooms were clean which was worth the price and the area helps if you want to avoid the heavy San Antonio traffic if you plan to go to the Riverwalk / Alamo area. The only receptionist there was often busy but still resourceful and hospitable. (Please be nice to her, it's a big hotel)

Price was high, but low compared to others near the riverwalk (spring break day), but still close enough to walk over to the Riverwalk area (if you plan to walk) No continental breakfast, just coffee. There is a $15 parking fee, but on the bright side, my car was safe through the night.

How clean the rooms are. I am disabled veteran, and my disability check is directly deposited but hasn't been ot posted into account yet. I told the staff it will be in account at 7am. And they let us stay and run the card the morning, and everything worked out great. Rented 2 movies. Comfortable bed that's important after a whole day at Riverwalk, sea world, zoo, etc. The staff was so nice and felt like family.

Nothing at all, can't think of one thing to say here.

No breakfast and had to pay for parking at the hotel. There were signs in the parking lot stating not responsible for vehicle even though we paid for parking. Since we had to pay, there should have been security.

Close to downtown

Pool needed to be cleaned, lots of dirt and hard water scale at the water line. Plus, broken tiles at the bottom of the shallow end. I picked them up and put them on the deck under a chair so no one would cut their foot on them. Plus, had to have my key card programmed several times, and was told I needed to keep it away from my phone, it was in my wallet and never near my phone. It was kinda a hassle. Wish I didn't have that problem

I liked the location and the easy access to downtown. Security guard is friendly

Some guest was hollering and beating on someone room door 3am in the morning. the vending and ice machine didn’t work on the 6th floor. We struggled to lock the door every time we left out the room. We complained to front desk and was told it’s for safety. If it is they should inform you how to lock it properly. I’m not sure what safety but we was concerned because we thought we locked the door but we came back and pushed it right open. 🤷🏽‍♀️

love how close this hotel is to everything I need. I also love that the rates are perfect for my budget and my support dog stays for free. I make sure I book in advance because I don't want to stay anywhere else when I come up to San Antonio. You can even walk anywhere you want to go central into San Antonio if you want.

Although I don't think it's possible, I would like more handicap parking. I know they are within the ADA rules; however, I do wish there was more.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance from the Riverwalk.

The fact that I had called to request a first floor since we have a puppy that needed to go potty, and got there and gave us a 6th floor. Also there were roaches in the room. There was a used bar soap left in the shower, from the previous person that stayed there. There was also a blood splattered stain in the bathroom door hinge. No microwave or refrigerator.

Good location for my activities, which included walking, meeting and receptions, in San Antonio. Coffee available in the morning. No need to use my POV for a week, except to haul friends to the nearest HEB. The rate was better than the rate offered to my group/organization for the same location.

No Starbucks near the facility. Parking is billed seperately.

Location was amazing...short walk to the Alamo, Riverwalk, Riverwalk Mall, and other touristy things. Parking was very secured and only $15 daily. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Would be nice to have refrigerators/microwaves in all rooms. Breakfast would be nice to have, as well. We did have a small cockroach visit our room, so keep an eye out!
