Very friendly staff! They were willing to do anything to help us out and they were all so polite!!! room was very good size and had everything we could ever need! The social hour with light dinner was a great thought but not very tasty. In a great location- close driving distance to a lot of tourist areas. Room was very comfortable!

Room was pretty clean but for a 9.5 cleanliness rating there were a few things that could have been cleaner if I'm being picky. (Very picky)Little things like using the vacuum hose around the edges of the room, the dresser drawers were dusty and had hair in them which is pretty normal most places and we don't usually use them but we did this time since we stayed for several nights. I gave them a quick dusting and they were good to go.

The whole place was very clean and smelled good, from the lobby to the breakfast area and the rooms. Our room’s kitchenette was smaller than I expected, but the room itself was lovely and very clean. The breakfast every morning was great. We loved the yogurt with the strawberry and granola toppings especially! Our dog stayed very comfortably with us and was welcomed warmly!

The only reason I put less than 10 stars is because the parking was not at the hotel. It wasn’t too far (disconnected and had to cross the street over to it, maybe 2-3 minute walk to your car), but still inconvenient to have to walk to the parking lot, especially since one morning it was raining. There is a small lot right off of the hotel, but it is only for 15 minute parking.

Great location next to the Alamodome and 10 minute walk to the Riverwalk. Entry was clean and staff were friendly and polite. Rooms are large with kitchen stocked with dish-ware and utensils. Full size refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner stove. Beds are comfortable and bathroom and shower were clean. Buffet breakfast was good and everyone was friendly and helpful. We were there for the Valero Bowl and fans from both teams, Arizona and Oklahoma were there and got along great. Highly recommend and hope to be back in San Antonio again and will stay there.

1) Clean and well maintained both in the suites and the front lobby 2) In a safe and quiet area although I wouldn’t advise you to walk at night from here to downtown 3) Friendly staff who answered all my questions and concerns up front 4) Spacious suites with free breakfast included, free snacks (chips, soda), and a kitchen with a microwave to make your own meals

1) AC was too loud, had a difficult time falling asleep because it was disruptive 2) Didn’t feel safe enough to walk to Riverwalk or other attractions as it neared nighttime compared to other hotels 3) $25 private parking for your total stay, although it is relatively cheaper compared to other hotels with $50 valet per day

Staff were superb, from the welcome by reception team, the breakfast room staff and the delightful lady who ran the Social Evening bar. Customer service was exceptional from every staff member. The King Suite including its kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. All facilities were well maintained. The social evenings were a simple but delightful concept. The reception staff were so capable with great local knowledge. The hotel car parking fee [fixed for the duration of one's STAY rather than per day] was a very fair approach which other hotels could learn from.

The hotel was quite difficult to find by car. Specific instructions on the website for the final 2-3 blocks would have helped us find the hotel entrance.

The location was very good, within easy walking distance of downtown (the Riverwalk, Alamo). Breakfast was served hot with a variety of choices. I can't say enough about the staff - they were fantastic! It is a rare experience when the entire hotel team, from the maids, to the breakfast staff, to the front desk personnel are ALL so friendly and accommodating. Well done to the entire. team.

When we travel, we like to get rooms with a kitchen / kitchenette to reduce cost and for convenience. Therefore, it would be most useful to have salt / pepper available with the kitchen.

The food at breakfast was very good with a nice variety each morning of scrambled eggs or omelets and bacon or sausage, burritos, potatoes. The evening reception was also enjoyable with beer, wine and chicken sandwiches with chips. The room was spacious and very nice with a kitchenette.

No hot water one morning on the 9th floor. GFI electric outlet near the bathroom sink did not work complicating morning preparations.

The staff was incredible, as we were from out of town, with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We needed to ship something we picked up, and they were so accommodating. Room was huge, clean, more than we actually needed. Free breakfast was great; new items everyday along with staples like Texas shaped waffles Hotel was less than a minute waking to do Alamodome. 10 minutes to the RiverWalk.

A qualified well mannered manager (Melissa) who showed real costumer care and resolved a problem i had. When i checked out i went back to Houston and when i arrived to discovered that i forgot my passport in the room ... She took it and went to a FedEx and shipped it to me in Houston and paid for the shipment I can't be more grateful Thank you Melissa

Charge for pets to stay is outrageous $75 per pet. 2 pets at $150It was very close to the amount of the room. The eggs served at breakfast weren't good at all. But everything else was great such as location a plus. Staff was exceptional. Hotel was beautiful and clean

Pet fee per pet is too high. Need to cook eggs better for breakfast.
