We chose Drury Inn & Suites since it was minutes from the wedding site we were planning to attend. The staff was very friendly and available to answer all our inquiries. The room was very clean & quiet and the daily breakfast served was delicious. The food offered in the evening was also delicious, as well as the cocktails.

access via the I-45 service road would benefit from additional signage. Having stayed in similar properties over the past year, I had expectations of Drury Inn which met mid-level hotels in national chains. This hotel was much cleaner, better staffed, and a far superior pool and workout room. Bedding and towels were properly laundered as well as being higher quality than other brands I have stayed this year. Flooring was immaculate whether hard surface or carpeting. The staff were all knowledgeable, efficient, and gracious. I will stay there again any time I need to be near The Woodlands.

Very clean hotel and modern. The quality of the building is nice. We didn’t hear anyone above or around us (we were on the 4th floor) due to thick walls and floors. Our family went to the pool area and the water in both the hot tub and pool felt and looked very clean and well maintained. Towels provided and it was a good sized pool. Excellent hotel and will definitely book here again.

My only complaint was the beds. Its a personal preference but they were too soft for me. Not noisy or cheap feeling, but just soft. I prefer firmer mattresses, but again, it’s a personal preference.

we stayed for baseball tournament. The boys had a great time. The pool was a great way to cool off after the hot games. The kickback hit the spot and was a helpful way to feed hungry ball players and parents too. The breakfast was super good also. It was very quiet and comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!! without a doubt

I liked everything!!!

Good sized room. Good location, close to Mall and other facilities. Clean and well kept. Ample parking. Surprise was drinks and meal in the evening, what a nice gesture. Staff were hospitable, such a nice environment. Ice machine available on the floor.

Satisfied with everything, we had a good time for the 3 days we were in the area.

The Saturday night happy hour was excellent. There was great food and awesome cocktails. A really nice surprise. Breakfast was awesome! Everything you could ever want to eat. The staff was super friendly and acomidating when we asked to have a late check out, towels, etc... The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. The only reason I didn't give the cleaniness a perfect score was because the pool area had some rust areas on the doors. Great ecperience!

Breakfast was ok; plentiful and well managed by attendant who was very pleasant and efficient. Breakfast menu never varied and the quality of bread, bagels, and pastries was inferior to other places where we have stayed. Location was ok for us in relationship to family that we were visiting. Right off Rt. 45 for convenience and lots of stores and restaurants close by on Research Forest Road. Next to Memorial Hermann.

No one at check-in discussed the total lack of housekeeping services and we never saw a sign describing what was and wasn't available per housekeeping. Nothing seemed available during the whole week we were there. We finally tracked down a housekeeping staff in a hallway and requested clean towels and to have our used towels removed and trash cans empty. The person we asked was very helpful and cooperative although language communication was a challenge.

Friendly staff. Great happy hour value w/drinks & appetizers and wonderful breakfast! The room/bed very comfortable and sound proof! (even though I could look out one window & see the freeway traffic, I could hear nothing!!) location off of I45 Houston, TX

Staff was so friendly and accomodating to all my friends. The breakfast was hearty and incredible. The pool was dope, beds were comfy. We were within walking distance of the Dead & Co. show at Cynthia Woods and given vouchers for a few drinks at night, seriously could not have asked for better treatment. The building was accessible and parking nice, we could come and go at ease and I felt very happy to have picked Drury Inn for my stay in the Woodlands.

I'm not sure if I've received the $50 security deposit back or not. I understand why it's needed in place, incase we were to be rowdy or something, but it has been about a month and I'll have to check if it's been returned yet.

Location, easy to get to off the highway. Easy parking and easy access to doors to enter. Room was a little dated, but clean and that’s what’s matters! Bed was comfy, curtains provided darkness at night. Near the Woodlands mall and dining options.

No grassy area for my dog. Designated lower levels for people with pets.
