We had a power outage and all the hotels were booked and we found this place. It was simple, clean, and cool. Very basic but friendly staff. I couldn't as for more. The price was right

I was so grateful to have a place that was cool and out of this Texas heat. I certainly can't complain.

Location, location, location. Just on the other side of the freeway from the Woodlands, so it's close to everything. Note: If you are traveling by car, you can park right in front of your room. If not, be ready to take a lyft or walk a bit. Two very nice restaurants are right next door, so it's easy to grab dinner or drinks after working all day.

There is a bit of noise from the freeway, but sound is not bad in room. Laundry machines weren't working when I was there, so be sure and ask if that's important to you.

Was a great stay for the price. Comfortable beds and everything we need to stay.

Was packing to leave and check out. Was about 10 minutes after 11am and the worker just knocked once and opened the room. Thankfully we were already in the parking putting our things up.

Again this was my second time at this location and some of the things that I liked was, being able to pay for the room when I got there, the location, cost and it was as quiet as it could be, thanks guys and I wouldn't hesitate to book with you guys again if I need to be in that area again

This was my second time at this location and anybody can nitpick at the tedious of things but when it boils down to it for the price point, for the location there really is nothing negative to say. Again for what you are paying, which is a good deal, you would really have to be a jerk to say anything negative.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfy

I-45 Traffic was noisy due to location on I 45 Frontage Rd. That said, once the door was closed it was quiet enough to be able to have a good sleep. And the location to the Woodlands at a fraction of the price of competing accommodation made it very attractive.

Didnt get bak.my deposit in 72 houra was a month. Before i did got lied to.wen was calling customer service was in hold for hours n passed around n hungup on.noone knew anything .then made reservation didnt wamt to honor the amount then blamed booking .com then lies again and saud deposit was 100 so made another reservation n then he said ok i charge u 50 only wen the first placeit was only.50 for deposit..bad people wen it comes to telllingthe truth.but the place was clean n very nice now only if they get people like there rooms

I enjoyed the stay rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and it's located on I45 close to lots of restaurants, main event, and woodlands mall.

Not really much to complain about. If you plan to stay awhile the staff puts you upstairs and the stairs get over run with cigarette butts from smokers.

Great pricing for someone wanting to stay a night or two. Right off the highway for quick access to nearby areas.

Highway right next to location makes it inconvenient to get in and out if you're running around. It is only one way and no other access aside from the service road.

clean and very pleasant

no coffee; had packets of coffee in the room but no way to make it. It looked like they had coffee in the lobby but I was informed that was also non-functioning. Staff was not welcoming at all.
