This smaller Quality Inn had a friendly, efficient check-in, a clean, airy and well-supplied room, and additional features including a self-serve laundry and a hot breakfast. And 24-hour hot coffee.

It appears that the Inn is having problems securing adequate housekeeping staff. A clearly posted notice informed that multi-night visitors would have no housekeeping services during the stay, but that fresh towels and other needs would be available at the front desk 24 hours per day.

Quick and friendly check in by Henry, he was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was clean, linens were clean and plentiful, and heat/AC unit worked well. Breakfast in the morning was great, thank you to the management for reinstating continental breakfasts here, many places are still not offering it. Water pressure was excellent in shower and hot tub area was very nice. Didn't use the laundry facilities but it was nice to see it available. Parking was plentiful and convenient, and location of property was perfect for us, a bit removed from the noisy, busy downtown area. All in all it was a good value and would stay again.

The beds in the room were not the best we've ever stayed on. My husband and I thought it felt comfortable enough when we went to bed, but both of us woke up with a backache. Didn't care for the shower enclosure/stall, they were too small, floor of shower was too slippery, and didn't have enough places to place shampoo/conditioner, soap, razors etc. Noise levels were ok, but it was the off season. We could hear people in the hallway as they were walking by. There is too much gap between the bottom of the door to the room and the floor, fixing and putting threshold stripping on would greatly help with noise levels.

Room was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool and breakfast were decent.

They don’t have room service or house keeper. We need to grab clean towels and bed sheets in the reception and change ourselves.

Ethan made check in easy and was personal. The breakfast lady was non-attentive to keeping items stocked and tables clean. More interested in the news on TV.

Located away from all the town crowd. Staff friendly. Have to watch the breakfast lady. She like Paul Blart. Watching every move you make while getting your food and when you get up for something else.

Bathroom a little small . Wall shower only.

The breakfast had a selection of waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit, pastries, beagles, yogurt, or cereal. There was a good size mini fridge in the room.

They have a green policy. Means they won’t take out the trash or change the towels for three days. We had a room in the front that faced the road, you could hear the semi trucks all night.

Hotel is well located close to Arches National Park. Even though at the far end of Moab, the town is very small.

As a jumping point to Arches Park there was no opportunity to identify anything bad.

We came to Moab to see Arches and Canyonland National Parks. Due to the extreme heat we had to get up early to hike, and breakfast was available at 6 am so that we could eat quickly and still get to the Parks before the crowds and the heat. The room had everything that we needed, including having the sink separate from the toilet/shower room , and the pool and coin operated laundry were an added bonus. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful (especially Henry at the front desk). I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was on the small size for 2 queen beds, but was adequate.

From staff to room and amenities, this is a very nice place. Bed was very comfy, optional internet great and a beautiful breakfast every morning. My room was exceptionally clean with high quality linens.

Further out of town (South side of Moab) but that's OK because it was quiet, views of the red Rock canyon and close enough to gas station and store.

Service was excellent. They were able to help with suggestions as to resturants and places to go. Front desk clerk Henry was especially helpful.

Rooms were on the small side as were the bathrooms.
