We stayed here last weekend for a quick family getaway. I was a little hesitant because the reviews were hit or miss and the price was quite a bit lower than other properties, but I am so glad we went for it! The location can’t be beat. It was a short walk to the metro station and only 1 stop from the airport. There is an Amazon fresh grocery store right across the street which was handy for grabbing snacks for the day. The free breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but very good and filling. Everyone we spoke to who work there were so nice and so helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast servers. We will definitely stay here again.

Yes it was a little dated aesthetically, but clean. The only thing I would change: I wish the rooms had queen sized beds. The full sized is a little tight, especially for families. But I don’t knock them for this because I knew about it when booking and wasn’t surprised by it.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly even though we were not able to check in as soon as we got there we were still able to check in before the standard 3:00 time so we had a chance to explore DC before entering into our room

It made me a little upset that breakfast wasn't included for the price and that there was no pool. That would be such a wonderful addition but there were so many people there! I believe there was a wedding and a family reunion so I could understand why maybe you guys don't have a pool because it would be crowded

Location close to Metro and Reagan Natl airport, free shuttle, Starbucks and cafe on site, outdoor Mezzanine, and Amazon Fresh grocery 1 block away. close to dining and more. Clean, quiet room.

our room seemed a bit small. only one armchair and desk, no separate table/chairs. small bath. but modern and clean! we didn’t find the ‘hidden’ fridge until day 3. No microwave. Very busy when we were there so it took a long time to get one of two working elevators at busy times of day.

Pretty much the same each day. Not a lot of variety day to day. Breakfast in general seemed confusing for some people. Not clearly marked as a cost based breakfast, nothing leading into the area indicated that and there was no one stationed at the entrance. My rate included breakfast, but I was not given the necessary voucher on checkin, didn’t realize I needed anything until the next morning.I also provided my Ihg membership number on check in, and the stay shows in my app, but I was not awarded points for the stay since it was booked through my company travel system. It appears your policy is that it must be booked through your site to receive award points. That is not a customer friendly policy.

The room is very spacious and the bed very comfortable. What's best about the hotel is the location with the metro being only a 5 minutes walk away and plenty of shops, cafes and bars around to compensate for the pricy hotel restaurant. An Uber ride to the federal triangle is cheap and doesn't even take 10 mins, very pleasant.

Considering the average rates per night in Washington this hotel is a go to due to its location. But paying this much for just the bed for one night is definitely inconvenient and not sustainable - but this rather being an industry problem. Getting here from Dulles airport takes about 90 minutes.

Comfortable bed which is most important! Even better we discovered that we were part of an underground interior concourse with ships and . Especially helpful since we were attending a lecture at a nearby hotel which meant we could easily access it underground. Unfortunately I learned it at the other hotel. CP didn’t have info about it that I could see. There was a beautiful breakfast to order or buffet included in our rate which was also a nice surprise!

Elevators were slow and one didn’t work. They didn’t have decaf coffee available in the morning at the restaurant and wouldn’t make some. That was a first for me at a hotel:(

I can truly say it was very pleasant. The room was nice spacious. The breakfast was awesome. I only have one issue…..?👀

They did not have a microwave ? in them the room 🥱and I understand stuff/situation to, but my only thought was put one where the ice machine is located and you . but you shouldn’t have to go down to the lobby when you are really relaxed and you just want to warm something to eat… great stay ❗️💕❤️

I was surprised to have been given a handicapped room, but the room was clean and well equipped as expected. I did think that there wasn't a wardrobe/place to hang clothes, but noticed as I was leaving that it was behind the bathroom door (which, being alone, I had no reason to close!). Very good breakfast, and great to have a Starbucks and pub/restaurant and shop on site. Hotel shuttle from the airport was also very welcome. The hotel is well located for Washington National airport, and is close to a Metro station which you can access without going outside (via a network of underground walkways accessible opposite the hotel).

Fairly expensive, and both the armchair and desk chair in room were very uncomfortable. Otherwise a very good stay.

Great Location! It is within a 10 min drive to the airport. The staff was very friendly and personable. The room was nice and clean. I especially respect and thank the Front Desk clerk who assisted me with check-in. My guest does not like being on any floor above the 5th or 6th floor. I did not think the hotel would be able to accommodate a lower floor request during my late check-in but the Clerk was able to locate a great room on the fifth floor. Thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate that request.

Housekeeping or someone tried to enter the room around 8 am. They had unlocked and started to open the door. Fortunately, I had the security plate out. My issue is that they should have known which rooms were occupied and not tried to enter without KNOCKING first and/or had been notified if the guest had checked out. If it was past the hotel checkout time, I could have understood.

Michael at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was great and the hotel was quiet with convenient location next to restaurants, grocery store, and a park.

Microwave in the room would have been nice. It took me a while to realize there was a fridge was in the room as it was hidden behind fake shelves.
