Overall the stay was amazing , my family & I originally booked for one night but once we entered we had to add another night !! We enjoyed breakfast, the activities they had (basketball/ pool / even fire pit!!)

The only issue we really had was house keeping never stopped by ,so we kept having to go to front desk for towels & rags , when we first got to room our tub/shower was dirty had left over hair n dirt smears on the wall ! But other than that the stay was Amazing!!!!!!!!

The breakfast was great, loved the waffle maker! The room was very large and very clean, featuring many amenities that we loved. The AC worked perfectly which is something I also love. And great to see dogs on the property because my son loves them.

The pool is a little small but none the less it’s a lovely indoor pool and outdoor grill/hang out area

Great location developing area lots of shopping places to eat. Breakfast was included, although we didn't choose to eat there. My only complaint was that we asked for housekeeping and they never came. Other than that I would stay again And would highly recommend this hotel.

Upon check-in we asked for housekeeping I called down to request it front desk sure will take care of it confirm the room we came back from Busch gardens in our room look the same which was frustrating

Nice big rooms with a full kitchen, nice size seating/ living room area with a big bathroom, and beds were comfy.

Rooms need detailed/ cleaned a lot better, mainly the bathroom. Parking lot is very small. Didn’t like hearing the highway all night. Nor did we like hearing the music blaring in the room next to us. Checking in at 130am and out at 930am, we really needed some sleep.

Brand new hotel with a very nice lobby and good breakfast, close to the highway with quick access to Richmond and moderate travel time to Charlottesville. The room was quite large for the price and the kitchen, with nice full size appliances was both attractive and functional. Also - great TV positioned nicely.

The hotel is brand new and we had an issue with the shower leaking and the USB ports on one side of the bed not working. Minor issues overall and did not impact the overall stay.

Great layout. Decor of common areas and hotel room. Fire pit area outside with great seating. Bar with drinks and lite fare. Proximity to retail and restaurants.

Hot breakfast was lacking compared to Residence Inn in Charleston. A few times staff seemed to be more focused on speaking to each other than concentrating on the guest at the desk.

The check-in process was so smooth. The place looks brand new and super clean. We loved the room and the layout was so cool. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely come back in the future. Thank you so much!

Clean ,friendly staff , complementary daily breakfast , fire pit,pool ,spacious and accommodating would return again most definitely

Nothing negative to report

the suite, the beds, the staff. Didn’t try the breakfast. I loved how it was close to the malls and stores.

I didn’t like how we got a complaint about being noisy when there wasn’t any noise going on. Not the staff fault, just people being people.
